The best host ever! Easy communication, easy to deal with. Very, very helpful about anything you might need.. From finding a great local restaurants (not tourist's traps), arranging transportation to the airport that is large enough to accommodate our family to helping get our lost baggage form the airlines. Like we said... He is the best host ever!

Akin is an amazing person. We landed at 4am in Istanbul and the apartment was being renovated the evening before we arrived and despite check-in being at 4pm Akin did everything to finish, clean the apartment and let us check-in at 6am!! Always answer any query quickly. Recommend us local places to try. The apartment is on a flat area of istanbul there is a lot of shops and restaurants everywhere with every transport at walking distance. The tram is just seconds away way from the building which takes you to the grand bazaar in 5mns and to the blue mosque in 8mns and the underground is 5mns walk away. You can’t go wrong with Akin’s place. I will definitely book Akin’s place next time I come to Istanbul.

I very much enjoyed this stay. The place was clean, had good amenities and it was well located, about a half hour walk to the Hagia Sofia for example. Lots of good restaurants close by as it’s close to the Galata tower. It worked very nicely for my wife and I.

Excellent location in Beyoglu, close to cafes, restaurants & a 10-20 min walk to the tram or ferry (for those less able-bodied, the area is on top of a hill). Apartment itself isn’t huge but was as advertised and fine for 2 people (note: the bed is a double). The living space was great to have for extra room, to relax and enjoy the morning air and evening sun. Also both the bedroom & living room have A/C. Host was responsive when we had any little issues or questions and everything was always resolved.

It's in a great location. It's in a nice location on the Istanbul sightseeing route. The house was clean and tidy. The photos are exactly the same. The host responds to questions instantly. I would like to thank Mr. Can for his hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

I had a great stay at Burak's place! He is a good host and very nice person. The apartment had all I needed for a few-week stay, the location was convenient and the price was good.

Everything went good! Besher is very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with laundry supplies but Besher offered to help and immediately provided everything we need. Great host and great flat!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

The accommodation is beautiful and close to Taksim Square, and the interaction was good and the response was very quick when asking for help

The apartment is located right in the heart of the new city, just a couple of minutes from Istiklal Caddesi. It is clean and modern with nice furniture. We had a comfortable stay. There was wonderful security staff on site. It is right on the main Tarlabaşı avenue, which could be a bit noisy if you have the windows open, but there is Central Air Conditioning. The landlord was very responsive. I had a slight issue with one of the thermostats and they had it fixed within the hour. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to be in the heart of the urban life of Istanbul.
