This apartment is close to cafes, shops, and restaurants in a walkable area. It's in a quieter area and a little further from the main tourist attractions which is nice. Everything was clean. I would recommend this home.

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Nursena's apartment in Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect - just 3 minutes from Taksim Square, within walking distance to both Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. We loved being able to step out and immediately be in the heart of Istanbul. Public transportation was easily accessible, making it simple to explore the entire city. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen, while small (only fits one person comfortably), had all the essentials for preparing simple meals. Our only minor complaint was the dining table - it's quite small for the apartment's capacity. Though the place can accommodate up to 7 people, there are only 4 stools/chairs available, which made family meals a bit cramped. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely apartment and hosts!

We were a group of a total of 10 people, and each individual was extremely satisfied. Ulvi was always available, and the accommodation corresponded exactly to the description. It is a hallway that connects the three rooms – comparable to a hotel. If you are really looking for something to "complain" (and that is whining at the highest level), then it would only be that a second or third key for the main door would have been quite nice – especially for larger groups. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience!

Everything was great throughout my stay. Your house was clean, tidy and prepared with everything I needed in mind. The location was also very central and very convenient in terms of transportation. Thank you also for your hospitality and fast communication. I really felt right at home. If I come to this area again, I will definitely choose your house again. Thank you so much for everything.

Hello everyone! I’m very grateful to Adam and his co-hosts for their hospitality, kindness, and the lovely apartment. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing—the mosque and cars outside were quite audible, which was tough for me as a light sleeper. However, my family slept well and wasn’t bothered by the noise. On the positive side, the apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed (though a microwave would be nice). The location is great, staff are polite, there’s parking, and a beautiful courtyard. I highly recommend these apartments—you won’t regret staying here! Special thanks to Adam and his friends for letting us keep our car in the parking lot until the evening after check-out, and for allowing a late check-out at 11 am. Overall, our experience was 10 out of 10. My family is happy, and that’s what matters most. Thank you again! I wanted to say more but here are 1000 symbols available :(

Everything is near by, the apartment is really clean and tidy. Everything was as described and the communication with Mehment was very easy since he replies very fast. He gave us some recommendations for our trip and offered help for whatever we needed. The check in and check out was really easy going- very flexibel. I sincerely recommend this apartment!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

Erhan's apartment is very nice! We stayed for the second time and, like the first experience, this one was also very good! We appreciate the attention and recommend it to those who go to Istanbul!

We were a group of 4 adults (including one elderly person) and a 3-year-old child, so we were specifically looking for a place with no stairs and easy accessibility and this apartment met that need perfectly. The location is very safe and clean. The building’s security staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The space was sufficient for all five of us. The couch was converted into a comfortable bed, making the sleeping arrangements work well. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: The apartment has only one bathroom, which was a bit of a challenge for five people, but we managed. It doesn’t get direct sunlight and doesn’t have a street view, so if you’re planning to spend a lot of time indoors, that might be something to consider. If those two points aren’t an issue for you, this apartment is a great option in Istanbul. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again if needed. Recommended.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, very clean, comfortable and cozy. When the windows are closed, the street noise is practically not audible. But we were so tired, walking around beautiful Istanbul all day, forgot to close these windows and also we were not a hindrance))). The bed is very comfortable and makes it possible to have a good rest))). The apartment has everything you need and even more))).

One of the best stays we’ve had in Istanbul! Erhan place is in a luxurious, secure community with 24/7 access control…felt very safe. The house was super comfortable, well-equipped with everything (even a multi-adapter we forgot to bring, lol!). At first, we were worried about the uphill slope, but there’s a gate right next to the block that connects directly to the main road super convenient for walking. The team was incredibly hospitable and due to an emergency, we had to store our bags and they kindly helped, even carrying all our heavy luggage down. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

The apartment is located right in the heart of the new city, just a couple of minutes from Istiklal Caddesi. It is clean and modern with nice furniture. We had a comfortable stay. There was wonderful security staff on site. It is right on the main Tarlabaşı avenue, which could be a bit noisy if you have the windows open, but there is Central Air Conditioning. The landlord was very responsive. I had a slight issue with one of the thermostats and they had it fixed within the hour. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to be in the heart of the urban life of Istanbul.

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. Teşekkür ederim!
