This appt was perfect for group of six ladies! The property was extremely well equipped and the photos were extremely accurate. The hosts were always friendly and quick to respond. Lots of bars restaurants and shops all within ten minutes walk. Shop and bar/cafe less than a minute walk! I would not hesitate to stay or recommend this property!

Such a beautiful stay, brilliant responsive host and a clean and very homely apartment. We loved the space and have fallen in love with the surrounding area.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Otilia and her kind father, who graciously saved us a parking spot—such a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that set the tone for our entire stay. The apartment was absolutely impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and radiating a sense of comfort and care. Every corner of the space felt safe, serene, and inviting, truly making it a home away from home. Otilia’s hospitality was beyond exceptional, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the future. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this gem of a place to anyone seeking a peaceful, pristine, and welcoming stay. Simply unforgettable!

We had a fabulous month at Jef’s place. The apartment was extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen allowing us to cook most days; we could cast our own programmes to the smart TV; the apartment was very comfortable and homely. Jef was brilliant - great instructions before arrival, a warm welcome and local recommendations, and immediately responsive to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was in a great location in Quartiera - 50 yards to the local bakery and a short walk further to the nearest supermarket. The beach was a short walk away and everything we could have wanted was within easy reach. We found a parking space nearby every day. Thank you Jef for a relaxing and very enjoyable and comfortable respite from an English winter.

The stay was great. We traveled with baby and especially the roof terrace was great for a cozy breakfast and evening sunset. Couldn't have been nicer, thank you!

From the moment we were greeted by Joao and Elsa we were happy to have found such a beautiful and lovely place. They were very welcoming and explained how everything worked. The amenities were everything we expected and more. The condo was state of the art and there was nothing we went with out. We were close to great restaurants and the beach. We know the area very well from visiting for many years and decided to stay in this complex. It was very lovely and clean and all amenities very close. Host very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The resort was very peaceful however I don’t think I’d want to be there in high season as could get loud and busy by the pools. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Overall highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you Paulo for your hospitality.

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds, great cooking facilities (we ate in most days), very clean, English TV channels and a good selection of board games & books. Great pool area with plenty of beds and Natalia was very responsive and helpful. We were there on a golfing holiday and all courses were easily reached by car within 4 to 10 minutes. Marina 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

We have a great time as a family here, we would recommend. The pool is enormous and a unique setting and a lovely place to spend some time after exploring.

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Fabulous place for a family. Great experience from start to end. Clear instructions. Super clean, spacious and bright. The location is great - a 2.minute walk to our excursion (kayaking), and a 5-minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the city center! Beaches are about a 5-minute drive!

stunning apartment, appears exactly as the pictures show. homely and welcoming. great location, a short drive into town to avoid walking back up all the hills with children. swimming pool area was clean and welcoming of a family having fun. the apartment even provided beach/pool towels for us use, beach games and the umbrella came in very handy

This was one of the best airbnbs we stayed in, and we have stayed in many! It’s such a beautiful apartment, so nicely decorated with a lot of style and high quality. It really felt like a cosy home. And the surroundings are sooo pretty, so many flowers and plants! The outside terrace was amazing, and the small playground was the best for our kids. It is a short drive to the coast or Silves, yet away from the touristy and busy crowds. The owners are super responsive and flexible. The value for money was great, we stayed somewhere half as nice but double the price near the coast before. It was the best and if we ever visit the Algarve again we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

We had a amazing time staying at Gavin and Amanda’s property. They were flexible with our arrival time allowing us to check in early, as Gavin met as upon arrival and showed us around the apartment, informing us with all the information we could require as well as recommending some great locations for day trips. The apartment was in perfect condition, exactly as described and matching the photos provided. The kitchen also had more than we could possibly need, with a cupboard containing a variety of spices so that we could easily do our own cooking, as well as other essentials such as, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, all sorts of kitchen utensils, and milk and bottled water left for us in the fridge. The location was perfect, a 10 min walk away from supermarkets, and a 5 min walk to local restaurants and the markets. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone booking a holiday in portugal as it is also very close to faro, only a €15 uber away! Thank you, we loved our stay!

Great location for our first ever visit to The Algarve! The apartment is very spacious, with beautiful views of the ocean. Not a difficult walk downhill to the town center. Carvoeiro is a gorgeous and charming beach town - great as a headquarters for adventuring in the Algarve.

we loved everything. from the residence to the house. it's a little gem. the house is well organized with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and beautiful balconies especially one where we had lunch and dinner. all in a quiet and peaceful setting. perfect for children. the sea is very close and within walking distance, 4 swimming pools. in short, what more do you want? carlota was helpful and very kind. The studio was beautifully decorated and very clean, which I really appreciated. It had all the amenities I needed, including an iron, washing machine, ironing board, drying rack, cleaning supplies, bath towels, and beach towels, air-conditioning. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The balcony was a peaceful, sunny spot with nice furniture—perfect for relaxing.
