Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Emma's place. I came both times for a workshop and ceremony that took place in both Freeport and in Portland. Drives to Portland were the longest, and not too taking, and I chose to stay at Emma's place BECAUSE of the way the house holds me: the spaciousness, the attention to art and wisdom, the lighting and unfussy-yet-design-inspired furniture choices, the plant life, the textures and colors: all these things are soothing and welcoming. It was a pleasure to drive "home" exhausted, knowing what it feels like to open that back door.

Second time staying here and it was just as beautiful as I remember it. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hope to be back again!

This home is comfy, cozy, and clean - a classic New Englander - and convenient to skiing and Bethel. Weather kept us from enjoying all of the area’s winter activities, but we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb‘s. I have ever stayed at. The location is stunning. A river runs right behind the house and you can listen to it as you fall asleep. The sun comes in the afternoon and lights up everything. Tami is a great host Who will make everything right. The house is stocked better than pretty much any house I’ve ever rented. Highly recommend this home. It is a treasure.

The cottage was so cozy, clean, organized and had everything we needed! The hosts are so kind and accommodating. The goats were so friendly, and we also had a warm welcome from their dog Tater Tot!

Beautiful and peaceful place! Just admiring the surroundings let the peace and tranquility set in and consume you. Highly recommend! Teresa is a wonderful host and flexible to your needs. Will definitely visit again, thank you Teresa!

Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

We reserved Dawn’s place for an extended family gathering (7 adults, 2 dogs, and 4 kids 2-7 yrs old). The sleeping arrangements worked well and there were enough bathrooms. The view from the living room and deck was gorgeous! The hot tub/pool was a huge hit for the kids and adults both, especially since some of our June days were cool and the heated water was nice. There were games in the house, a large refrigerator that fit food for 4 families, and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. There were lots of extras like dog bowls, bug spray, coffee, tea, decaf, pop corn, and even popsicles for the kids! We appreciated the air conditioning, even on the cooler days since it was humid and the towels for the pool. We found lots to do with the kids in the area, and Dawn had extensive information about the house and area, plus videos to show us how to use the pool, sauna, TV, etc.

Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

Had an awesome stay at Mathews place. 20 min drive from Sugarloaf with an option for a shuttle even. Cozy spot next to a beautiful river. Allowed us to check out an hour late.

The host gave us an upgrade to another tiny house in the same location that we gladly accepted. We were welcomed by fresh lilacs in the tiny home with cozy ambiance. The location is remote with a small farm stand (the honey from this stand is a must, we got the biggest jar and we have zero regrets). This is a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and hikes. I recommend this to anyone looking to escape the city.

The cabin was exactly as described. Secluded, quiet and just off some great ATV trails around the area. This is a camping experience so be prepared. Craig met us upon arrival and provided additional instructions for our stay. We unloaded our machines and had a great long weekend

Erin & Joseph were the BEST hosts! Booked before they were superhosts and honestly, they deserve it! Full kitchen. Cabin smells so amazing — like fresh lumber. Reminds me of my grandfather’s cottage from my childhood. There’s a fire pit which was perfect for our stay. Bed was super comfortable! We came for our anniversary and they left us water bottles, flowers, mugs, cake and cookies — which were SO GOOD! There was also movie snacks waiting for us on the coffee table! It’s so peaceful, we hated to leave. The natural lighting makes the morning sunlight come into the cabin so lovely. It was an absolute dream! There are also board games upstairs for kiddos! There’s also a trail to walk around in the woods. There’s tons of parking. If you like supporting local businesses, there’s plenty around for firewood, honey, pastries, syrup, etc. Erin was also so sweet when we forgot to take the trash out for checking out 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 Seriously, book with them! It was the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had

Wendy is an amazing host. We were in town to visit family and her location was very good for us. Everything worked as it should. No problems at all.

This was a great little place! We loved the set up and it was perfect for the weekend we had planned. We were impressed with the use of space.

I hesitate to say how I really feel in fear of it never being available in the future lol. 10 ✨ for sure We loved it and didn’t want to leave

The hosts are extremely kind and the cabin is perfect for a nice getaway.. we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the trails, and our cat loved his time there as well. The firepit outside was perfect for roasting marshmallows and making smores, and we’re hoping to come back again.

Cute house with lots of character on the inside. Great back porch for hanging out with friends. Enjoyed our stay very much and the house was everything we were told it was going to be. Highly recommend.

Excellent time great location Neil was in touch with us about the whole process we arrived early and he worked with us to be able to get in early so we could go enjoy our stay if we go this way again I would not hesitate to book this place again
