Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Welcome to chill out in our unique and quiet home. Here you enjoy lake views both in the garden and in the house. With only 100 meters to the nearest swimming jetty is a cooling bath, a ride with SUP or in the winter a skating trip the lake with a bath in our hot tube. A wonderful rural oasis 20 minutes from Stockholm city and 5 minutes to the Nordic region's best mall Täby Centrum-so when the city's pulse attracts, it is also easy to get to.

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.
