Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fargo

Extremely grateful we found Richard and his lovely home to stay in. He was very easy to work with, super responsive, and accommodating. My husband was having surgery at Sanford Hospital and the home worked perfectly as it is ½ mile down the street. The neighborhood was safe, and the house was well stocked and comfortable which was needed post procedure. The location was central to the park, restaurants, shopping, NDSU and also the airport. This was a great place to stay with some extended family while everyone was in town for a wedding. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Adam was a great host, very accomodati by and responsive.

If you're looking for a spot for a big group, look no further! We had 13 girls for a weekend, and this place was ideal. Plenty of space, super clean, and in a safe-feeling neighborhood. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Jayden's place was exactly what we needed for a few days while my father was in the hospital. It felt like a comfortable home during a stressful time. Also, Jayden was very flexible with us and so accommodating with an early check-in. The neighborhood is quiet, has nice sidewalks for walking the pup, felt safe and was close to everything in West Fargo. Thanks Jayden for a great stay!

Great place to stay for a nice weekend trip. There was plenty of space, and being on the second floor made it have a feel of privacy. The place was very clean and tidy.

Ryan & Hans were very quick to respond when I reached out to them on a couple of occasions. It was extremely easy to check in & out. We were pleasantly surprised by their townhome. It was even better than the pictures!:) The home had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and welcoming. We liked that we could use the patio. The little cards under the pillows were a nice surprise:) The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay which was very helpful. Access to the washer & dryer was very helpful & so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and we couldn't hear any of the neighbors. It was nice and relaxing.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s an awesome little hideout that has everything you need to feel right at home. The coffee corner was GREATLY appreciated. I will always be staying here on my trips back to the area. Don’t miss out on an amazing place. Thank you, Anthony!

The Suitewood was a fantastic place to stay! The location is great being centrally located on the South side of downtown. It's an entire apartment with a very cozy, cabin feel. While the building is an old house turned into apartments many years ago - the Suitewood has been renovated while keeping vintage charm. The coffee bar was a great bonus! The TV and Surround sound were awesome to use! The kitchen is cute with new appliances, and the bathroom is really cool with a large mirror and two large built in dresser cabinets for all my clothes! Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The washer and dryer are in the room right next to it, and are FREE. You get one off street parking spot which is nice too. Will be staying here again in the future, thank you Adam!

We came to Fargo for a getaway and ended up at the emergency room leading to a week-long hospital stay. Christine was flexible, helpful, and kind as we negotiated being away from home dealing with a medical emergency. And the place itself was so comforting. Comfortable bed. Immaculately clean and neat space. In-unit washer and dryer. I only planned to be there for a few days so having a place to do laundry was a God-send. We will definitely be back. Hopefully under better personal circumstances!! Thank you Christine ... you are a truly remarkable person!!

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first! Clean, comfortable, and close to NDSU. Lots of room for our group of 6 to enjoy our time together. Jess was responsive to all of our needs and flexible with a late checkout to accommodate our family. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Fargo!

Great place, especially if you’re visiting Fargo from out of town. The complex has a handful of good bars and restaurants, and fairly close to downtown Fargo and the airport.

awesome place right in downtown. walk to everything on Broadway. garage was big enough to suit my F-150 Super Crew, its a tad tight but easy enough. getting in and out was easy. for a business traveller, you cant really get any better than this. ill be back.

We were very pleased with the condo and could not have been more pleased about how clean it was. It was located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Dana was very responsive to any questions we had for her. We would definitely rent here again.

This was a great get away weekend spent with loved ones. The space was clean and spacious with nearby restaurants and coffee, or if you wanted to cook there was plenty of availability of kitchenware and basic items. While booking, the hosts Eldon and Jonathan were more than accommodating and responsive. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was also very cute throughout the entire space. The space was very clean and more desirable than staying in a hotel and I will continue to use the space as I travel to the area in the future.

Beautiful space and well decorated! It felt homey and functional. I really appreciated the pet bowls near the front door, it made me feel like the dogs were actually welcome instead of it just being a bullet in the listing. Host was also extremely responsive! Would love to stay here again when I’m in the area next and would highly recommend!
