Extremely helpful, and very prompt response time. Matan allowed us to check in way earlier than our check in time, and checked in on a daily basis to see how everything was going. The home was fully stocked with literally everything. I have booked other air bnb’s where I had to go out and purchase things to clean, but this home had literally everything. To say this home was great, is an understatement. My husband is extremely picky, and he has ZERO complaints. I am extremely happy that we found this place, it was everything described and more.

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. The place truly felt like a vacation! Did not feel like you were in the city at all. The backyard was such a peaceful oasis to just lounge in the pool, catch a tan and relax. The style and decor of the house were TOO cute!! They made everything so simple to undress like the hot tub and dishwasher by having QR codes to scan for short to the point videos that they made themselves which I found incredibly helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve never stayed at place that was so well stocked with everything you could need! From laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and even a first aid kit, we did not have to go to the store to buy one thing. It was very clean, easy to find, and made us feel at home. The one issue we had was resolved quickly (and was unavoidable). We could not ask for better and more responsive hosts. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We had plenty of room to spread out or sit together to watch TV or eat dinner. The area is incredibly nice and we felt very safe. We liked having the ability to park IN the garage. Thanks for a wonderful home! My favorite part was what was expected at checkout…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

Great place to stay with my family! The pool, hot tub and games were so fun! The beds were really comfy with lots of options! I love all the clean, fresh towels and linens. The pool does look bigger in pics but still a nice size and the neighborhood wasn’t the best but it was quiet and we felt safe for the most part. Two telemarketers came by asking lots of questions so that felt sketchy but other than that it was a great stay!

House was very clean and a very nice space. Parking was plentiful. There were also extras, like shampoo and conditioner (very helpful if flying), and other amenities in case you forgot something. Bryan was very responsive to any communication.

Perfect place for our stay. Nice private yard space with lockable gate. Worked great to air dry sports equipment used in a local tournament. Inside was all we needed for a long weekend. Araceli was very responsive and nice to deal with.

Our group of six had a fantastic experience at Mary's Airbnb! The house was spotless, offered plenty of space, and was very comfortable. The large backyard was a major plus for us and our small dog. Mary was also incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue upon arrival (which was our fault!). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Additionally, the quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere for a restful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and well maintained with plenty of room and well laid out. We were watching our 18 month old granddaughter while our son and daugther-in-law attended a wedding so it was nice to find a place with this much space that was all on one floor. While an older home, it had been updated and the bathrooms and kitchen were all very nice. Bedrooms were spacious and the home could have comfortably accommodated 6 people without feeling crowded. Location was perfect for us - it was convenient to a very nice park complex with a playground and splash pad as well as close to restaurants and stores. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone needing an airbnb in the close in north Dallas area. Convenient to DFW too!

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

The amazing reviews are true! The photos don't do this beautiful home justice. We loved the way midcentury style was combined with modern updates. The bedrooms have the feel of a boutique hotel. There is nothing generic about this home, which served as our sanctuary during a very special weekend for our family. The lush, green backyard was the perfect space for our children to enjoy, and we also really enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. Allison was incredibly kind and responsive without hovering, which was exactly what we needed for our busy weekend. Also, the place is spotless and beautifully kept up. We've all stayed in airbnbs that are overhyped, devoid of personality or generally disappointing. This place is the exact opposite and was a true breath of fresh air. We would love to stay here again when we return to the area.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Though the kitchen could include a little more tools (oven mitts, scissors, more paper towels) and be a little cleaner (needs a good deep clean), as well as replacing some dead light bulbs, it made the perfect low key bachelorette space. The pool is more of a girl pool than a swimming pool but it was perfect for sitting and chatting while cooling off which was exactly what we needed! We got ready here the morning of my wedding and it was simply perfect!

We loved our stay - if you are in North Dallas with a group of people (there were 5 of us in town for a conference) it is a wonderful spot! Plenty of living and dining space to hang out in, and you're close to all of the things to do. The host was responsive and we felt totally comfortable in our stay.

Absolutely beautiful! We had to be in town for a funeral but it felt so relaxing and peaceful to head back to this place each afternoon. The pool was one of the prettiest I've ever seen and they had every ammenity you would need!
