Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

The property consists of two buildings where one building has kitchen, dining area and living room. The second houses three bedrooms all with separate entrance and good storage options as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You have access to the whole house and the whole garden when you rent.

Right beside a natural reserve where you can find many different rare birds, flowers and other animals.
