Very nice stay, absolutely lived up to the photos, individualized but not cluttered decoration, very clean - everything you need. Host provided helpful instructions for the nest thermostat (I am pretty hopeless with these things). Proactive message communication but otherwise left on my own - which I appreciate. Comfortable bed, ample hot water, stocked with all useful essentials. Close to downtown (but you will want a car to get anywhere), fairly quick access to major highway, while in a quiet residential neighborhood. Two thumbs up.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Fat Cat. The water views are expansive. Lots of different seating areas to spread out both inside and out. The kayaks, life vests, and the floating pad were great to have, and the kids loved using them and floating in the water. We did not have much success fishing.. but that's how fishing goes. The beds were all very comfortable, the linens clean, and lots of pillow options.

Kasey was amazing!! I needed help changing plans and she was super helpful, and BEYOND accommodating. This is the 2nd time that I’ve stayed at Kasey’s house, it is very cozy, homey and was the perfect size for us. I told Kasey it was my son’s birthday trip and she gave me recommendations on activities and left him a surprise for when we got there. She went above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone!!

We stayed for the weekend with our kids. The house is quite lux. We enjoyed swimming and catching catfish off the dock. There is very comfortable seating indooors and our. Lights on the dock. Extremely roomy and well stocked inside. Super comfortable. Would recommend for sure.

The closeness to the campus was a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood with lots of access to restaurants, freeways and LSU campus. It was the perfect size for our family of 8. I appreciated the cleanliness and easy instructions to get there and to get into the home. The house has its own charm which was great to see. I liked that our code was new to us and not a reused code. Thanks for the quiet nice stay for my daughter’s graduation!

Very clean spacious house and pool area great for family gatherings. We have no complaints for the price paid, it's a great value! If you plan to cook and eat in, as we did, consider that the cookware and utensils are limited. The gas stovetop and counterspace was great. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing listing in Baton Rouge. My family and I came in town for a graduation and this home was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed everything about the home. Plenty of space for a large family to move around effortlessly! We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the area. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay for the time that I was in town. Laundry right in the facility great things right around the corner by LSU. Nice pool to sit outside and just relax outside your front door, gated community. Great Wi-Fi to be able to hook up the TV and to be able to hook up my computer to do work.

Was working in the area and this place checked all of our boxes for our long term stay. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of space.

Xavier was a great host. The property was a reflection of the pictures that are shown. Area was great for a weekend stay and has evening you need around it.

James was a great host. Very communicative very responsive, if I needed anything he was one message away. He made sure we felt right at home and got us anything we needed which wasn’t much considering he made sure everything was set up perfectly. The rooms were neatly made, had space for all our clothes and personal items and suitcases were easy to store away. Washer and dryer definitely made things a lot easier I loved that the most. Kitchen was set up amazing had everything I needed. Lastly the air conditioning was perfect for that Louisiana heat. Thank you for allow me and my family to use your home for our stay. We were happy comfortable and felt very at home. We truly appreciated everything.

Visited for a bowling tournament downtown and this was the perfect place for our group. Very clean and comfortable home and the location was very convenient. Highly recommend.

As a single female with my two golden retrievers this was the perfect fit and location to celebrate my birthday. Love the layout of the house and dogs absolutely enjoyed the fenced in back yard and walks in this charming, historic neighborhood. Beautiful gardens and landscapes welcomed us, along with the arts and culture of the area. Very clean and welcoming vibes. I definitely recommend this lovely gem 💎

Cute house! Flexible host! We were trying to book a house we could use for Christmas since my daughter-in-law is due in January and couldn’t travel. This house had plenty of room and space for dogs. In the end our plans changed and the dogs didn’t come, but great back yard and lower family area. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely remodeled and modern. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Rachel’s place was perfect for what we needed! Steps away from LSU’s campus, minutes away from Raising Cane’s River Center. Even the dogs were delighted to be there 🐶 A beautiful adult space close to the fun of LSU’s campus!

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay! We traveled with littles (9 months and 21 months) and then our 7 and 8 year old, and this home was so perfect and family friendly for us. The owners were kind, and quick to respond. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The home was clean, and spacious. We were about a 5-7 minute drive to the LSU campus, where our daughter had her basketball camp. The area is a safe and friendly neighborhood, and is close to so many things. The backyard and the porch is such a beautiful feature of the home, and the tree out front is stunning. Our family had a blast with all the games they have in the home, especially the matches played on the ping pong table! We felt at home here and hope to come and stay again! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Thank you so much for your hospitality in flexibility. My step dad being from Baton Rouge stated when he walked in it felt like home and was very spacious. Angelique was a great host and responded to all our requests and questions. We all had our own room and bed and that was perfect. I’m a coffee drinker so I appreciate that and the snacks and drinks for the kids. Whenever we visit Baton Rouge we have our recommended Airbnb spot. Thank you again.
