This host was amazing! Me and my family had an amazing stay at Edwardos listing, mostly anything we needed was provided which made things so much easier! The bed linen and towels were the softest we’ve ever had. Beautifully decorated might I add! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a cozy family home with an amazing location and great hosts if you’re visiting Waco!

Such a beautiful location and lots to do even just for a weekend with a big group. Spent the weekend celebrating our son’s bday and it was a blast! The pool and sand volleyball court was a HUGE hit and even the firepit and big yard space to play some fun games! Would love to come back for another weekend get together with our families again. We all live in different parts of TX so it was nice to come here and create the memories :) loved that they were very quick with responding to any questions we had. My only thing that was a repetitive complaint from our families was the back sliding door that was very difficult to open and close. That was not fun as we often needed 2 people to push it open and close :/ also, kitchen could use some updates as the drawers were labeled with what it had in it but was actually empty :/ other than that, it was such a fun and great time here! Highly recommend!!

My stay at Blakes place in Hewitt Texas was nothing short of amazing. The house was even better than the pictures and everything was just as described. The home had every amenity and kitchen gadget we could even think we needed. We were well equipped with all the basic necessities that we needed to start our stay. The pool was clean and there were many pool floats available for us to use as well. The house had a selection of board games for the teens in our party. There were enough beds, air mattresses, pillows and blankets for everyone to be comfortable and sleep well. The kitchen was huge with a lot of counter space and seating for large families. There were a lot of well thought out upgrades to this home. Garage and parking were enough for multiple vehicles I have never had a more responsive host than I did for my stay at Blakes place! I will most certainly return if available when I visit Texas again.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Waco! Carrie was a great host and the home was just as described. My kids loved the pool! Highly recommend to other families visiting Waco!

At this lovely new BNB there were a few start-up hiccups, easily offset and taken care of by the host. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Great fishing spot, relaxing stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place. Very spacious house, made us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, sheets, and covers to keep us cozy when watching a movie in the theater room. The hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, and game room are great amenities to have if you have young people and adults gathering there. This was a perfect place for us to enjoy a night with all my family that lives in Waco, they could all go back home afterwards. Very relaxing, peaceful, and private property. This is certainly a jewel for Lorena Texas. We didn't have much interaction with the host, but Kenneth made sure he was always a call, text, or email away because I was getting texts to make sure I didn't need anything. We will definitely consider coming back to this place.

House was beautiful pictures did no justice! Host was awesome, very accommodating! Plenty space in the home, house had many compliment's! Pool was great the kids had an amazing time! Will certainly keep this one in the books to come back too! Patio, pool nice open spaces! Just can’t say enough! 10/10.

Wonderful home! Cozy and super clean, we felt right at home. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is very quiet. I recommend this home for your stay in the Waco area.

Had a great stay at Dave's place, he was very kind as we booked last minute as our plans changed, and he was able to get us in to the home asap. I was nervous at first because the home is off of a main road, but it was very quiet and cozy inside, had everything you would need and a nice welcome book with his local favorites and a cute basket full of snacks & candies. It was also a super easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown Waco! Great place for a smaller family to enjoy.

Always a great stay! Have been there multiple times and is in a great location in the heart of Kosse! Karen is also great with communication!

Great host. let us check in a couple of hours early. Very responsive when I sent messages. Great quite neighborhood and clean house.

The owners of Plain Jane were great at communicating with us and were extremely gracious. We were able to meet Sara the housekeeper. She was helpful, friendly and gave some great tips on places to eat, etc. The house was just beautiful, extremely clean and inviting. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Waco. We highly recommend this home. It was a pleasure.

We had a great stay thanks to our wonderful host, Vanessa! She was responsive and very thoughtful. We came in town to celebrate my sister’s graduation from BU, and she left a nice congratulatory card and a bottle of champagne. She made sure to check in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was spacious, perfect for a small gathering, and was nice and tidy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great home to stay in, close enough to Waco to get where you’re going fast but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of a city. Quiet neighborhood.

We always have a nice experience at this property. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our first choice when we visit the Waco area. The house is always clean and has everything we need and it is close to Waco area attractions. The host is always gracious and easy to contact if needed.

The house was great and the pond was even better. No hassle here just laid back quietness. loved it.

Very quiet and safe stay !

We ended being placed at another one of Dave's properties which was a little disconcerting on arrival since it didn't match the pictures though it did match the instructions he gave in chat. Overall, the property we did stay at was better than the one we reserved, so we had a great time. The place was clean, had some cool amenities, and was quiet. Would love to stay at this location again!

Such a great place outside of Waco The pond was a fun fishing spot and the house was so cozy and equipped with everything we needed! Grocery store 2 minutes away, good restaurants in Robinson close by, 10 minutes to Waco We loved the location! Great communication from hosts!! Would stay again!!
