We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

Einen besseren Host zu finden ist wirklich schwer. Das AirBnB ist super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Bei sämtlichen Fragen stand uns Ana immer zur Seite. Außerdem hat sie einen wirklich tollen Travelguide geschrieben. Wenn wir wieder nach Madeira fliegen würden, würden wir ohne zu zögern ein AirBnB von ihr nehmen.

Das Haus nahe Calheta war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt! Sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet – es war wirklich an alles gedacht: ein beheizter Pool, Gewürze, Duschgel, Müllbeutel, sogar Waschmittel standen bereit. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer kleinen Dorfstraße. Es gibt Nachbarn, aber durch die clevere Lage hat man trotzdem viel Privatsphäre und wird nicht eingesehen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft und lädt zum Verweilen auf der Terrasse ein. Die Lage ist ideal, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden – mit einem Automatikauto problemlos zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Elvio: Er war jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und hatte großartige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände. Auch ein später Check-out war völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Le logement était magnifique. Nous avons adoré la décoration et les grandes portes qui apportaient de la luminosité avec une vue sur la belle cours avec la piscine. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par un très bon goûté. Quelle belle attention! Susana nous a également faits plusieurs recommandations de restaurants et la communication était excellente. Il fallait conduire 8 min pour nous rendre au centre-ville. On retrouvait tous les essentiels pour bien cuisiner. Le logement était propre, mais je ne peux passer sous silence la douche. On retrouvait du moisi et personnellement, malgré le parfum qui avait été ajouté, je trouvais que l’odeur d’humidité et de moisi était désagréable. Tout le reste était impeccable!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im „Sweet Brava Home“. Wir hätten stundenlang auf der Terrasse sitzen können. Der Ausblick ist eine 10/10

We loved our two weeks at this location. Superb views over the ocean and the surroundings. All we needed in the house was present and clean. Very peaceful neighbourhood (although we were a little unlucky to have roadworks ongoing). Amazing private pool (with an extra bathroom)! Carolina was super friendly and always available for questions. Would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!!

Heel compleet huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bij aankomst lag er wat lekkers voor ons klaar om de eerste ochtend mee door te komen, erg aardig 😊 en Madeira is prachtig!

This place is beautiful and peaceful. It is about an hour drive from Funchal, but there are lots of little towns all along the way. We had a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Zeit in dem Airbnb. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist toll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Reichweite des WLANs könnte verbessert werden, da dieses nicht ins Obergeschoss reicht.

Nice appartement with a beautiful terrasse. Probably our favorite place to hang out. I. Front of the house, the access to the water was incredible. So close, such clear blue water. Very dreamy. The apartment was well furnished. Kitchen fully equipped with even a blender and juice maker. Everything was comfortable and nice and cozy. Just know that there is a bar downstairs, so you will hear music and people chatting, but the bar is a nice place and we loved it

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! L’endroit est paisible, avec une vue à couper le souffle — idéal pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Fabio est très réactif en cas de problème. Merci beaucoup

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell und wir wurden mit allen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise blitzsauber und zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Wein und Wasser und ein traditioneller Gewürzkuchen für uns bereit. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Hervorheben möchte ich die Duschen, die nicht nur sehr geräumig waren, sondern auch den fantastischen Wasserdruck, der das Duschen sehr angenehm machte. Die Anlage ist um den Parkplatz herum gestaltet, so dass die Einheiten 1-5 unterhalb des Parkplatzes liegen und die große 6 (das Haus in dem wir wohnten) direkt an den Parkplatz angeschlossen ist. Man hat also immer einen freien Parkplatz, egal wann man kommt. Der dörfliche Charakter des Ortes führt ab und an zu Hundegebell und der Hahn kräht, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Unterkunft war einfach super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Haus ist wirklich riesig, man hat sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre, auch wenn man als Gruppe reist. Der Pool wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin beheizt und die Temperatur war sehr angenehm. Einfach ein Traum, wenn man im Pool liegend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Auch die Ausstattung war super, alles da was wir benötigt haben. Zudem eine Garage, das zweite Auto konnten wir vorm Tor abstellen. Die Lage war ruhig, nur am Wochenende ist in den Restaurants am Ende der Straße sehr viel los, auch viele Motorrad Fahrer die nicht gerade leise sind. Aber es war noch in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und der Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Such an amazing space! Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The home is more beautiful than the pictures. The pool was lovely and the location was great for hiking as well as trips to Funchal. We would love to come back again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable, et nous en avons beaucoup profité car il faisait un temps magnifique.

The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Aussicht über Calheta ist atemberaubend und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Alles war sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great time at the house. Kevin reacts fast on questions. Location is great with an amazing view on the ocean. Our kids enjoyed the garden room and the garden itself. Small improvements are possible to make it great: the garden room is not "air tight" so insects can easily go inside, since it was raining a lot before we arrived there were a lot of small millipede insects inside (even after removing they were there already a couple of hours later). And not all pictures show the current state (some accessories are not there anymore). Besides those things we had a perfect time and would recommend the house :)

We had a fantastic stay at Filipe’s home, which is beautiful and really thoughtfully designed. It’s very well appointed, spotlessly clean and in a very charming little village away from the hustle and bustle of Funchal, but still accessible by car. Communication was excellent and the fruit and biscuits were a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Wij (twee stellen) hadden een heerlijke week in dit prachtige huis. Het huis is ietsjes ruimer dan we dachten. Mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Op deze helling weleens wolken waardoor de zon zich niet altijd liet zien. Voor restaurantjes moet je wel de auto nemen. Hosts reageerden altijd snel op een bericht van ons. Al met al een aanrader!

Paul do Mar on unelias kalastajakylä. Meri on aivan kylän edessä ja voit kuulla aallot sisään ja se onkin sitten jokseenkian ainoa ääni mitä asunnon ulkopuolelta kuulet. Asunto on kolmessa tasossa, ylhäällä pyykinpesu ja suojaisa terass. Keskimmmäisessä kerroksessa makuuhuoine ja kylpyhuone. Alakerrassa eteinen, olohuone ja keittiö. Asunto on todella siisti ja siellä on kaikki tarvittava vaikka pidempiaikaseenkin oleiluun, keittiö on poikeuksellisen hyvin varusteltu. Tein töitä ja Wifi toimi mainiosti. Kävin myös joka päivä uimassa ja snorklaamassa. Kylästä lähtee muutama erittäin mukava ja vaihteleva vaelluspolku - varaudu jyrkkään nousuun (ja laskuun) Kylässä on muutama keskinkertainen ravintola ja isommat kauppaostokset kannattaa käydä tekemässälähimmässä Continentessä (20 min autolla. Lähiravintolan edessä käy päivittäin leipäauto, jossa aivan huikea leivosvalikoima :) Tämä asunto on yksi parhaista missä olen ikinä majoittunut 5/5

La villa est incroyable, moderne, ultra equipée, dotée d'une piscine hyper agréable et hyper propre. La vue sur le village et la mer est à couper le souffle. Trois nuits merveilleuses passées à Calheta. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter de nombreux lieux faciles d'accès en voiture. Francisco que je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer est très sympa, disponible et aidant. Et merci à Nelia de sa disponibilité et flexibilité. Nous reviendrons!

logement spacieux, décoré avec goût. parfaitement équipé (cuisine, tv , machine à laver!) la terrasse est vraiment extra ordinaire avec sa vue sur l'océan. le quartier Est très calme et paisible. c'est un logement que nous recommandons pour un séjour à Madère !
