Hazem is an incredible host! He was ultra reactive and he also helped us to book all our activities in Fayoum since he knows everyone and everyone loves working with him. The house was clean, and exactly the same as the pictures, and hazem was one of the best host I had in the last 10 years of travelling! Thanks for your reactivity, advice and help! We had a great time in our stay in Wael's villa. He was very responsive and helpful in any way he could. the villa was exactly as described.

We stayed with our kids for a quick trip to explore Fayoum during our stay in Egypt. We enjoyed eating at Kom El Dikka, Tzila, making pottery and exploring the desert. Hazem was very friendly and helpful with his messages and communication. He let us check in a little early when we arrived and even had water and fruit delivered. Very kind! There was a sandstorm going on so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor pool as much as we hoped, but everything was beautiful! The only thing we noticed was a fly problem and mid day the power shuts off in the village for a few hours. We brought our own towels and blankets for comfort. Overall we would stay there again if we visited the area again.

We had a great time at Ahmed's place. The house is really big and nice with a really beautiful garden and lots of seaters to enjoy the outside. It is very quite and peaceful and perfect for a family stay. Ahmed was really helpful everytime we asked questions and local recommendations. The place really deserves its rating and we highly recommend it for anyone who wish to stay in Tunis Village.

Omar is an amazing host! So helpful and friendly.. helped us with everything from activities to ordered food! Wonderful location, we had such a great time. We have already booked another one of his properties for the summer holidays!

⸻ We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Tunis, Fayoum, right on the shores of Lake Qaroon. The home itself felt like a palace—authentic, spacious, and beautifully designed. My family and my brother’s family stayed together, and it was the perfect setting for creating special memories. From the moment we arrived, Muhammad, our host, went above and beyond. He greeted us with cold water and fresh fruit, and surprised us with delicious dinner and breakfast. He even arranged for horses to pick us up directly from the villa for a breathtaking ride along the beach—an experience we’ll never forget. The children loved the pool and spent hours swimming, both day and night. The entire place was incredibly clean, inviting, and full of charm. We all felt so relaxed and at home. Thank you, Muhammad, for your kindness and hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Omar’s villa by Lake Karoon is easily one of the most stunning places I’ve stayed at in Egypt. It looks much better in person than in the photos. The interior is chic, the bathrooms are clean, and all four rooms are spacious. As for the outdoor area — it’s on another level. It’s just steps from the beach, very spacious, and offers plenty of seating spots. Highly recommended — the view is absolutely unbeatable.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our whole family. The place is spaceous and the rooms are beautiful. The garden is a special gem. The host has always been very responsive and tried to accommodate all our needs.

It was the perfect weekend getaway! Mansour is absolutely wonderful, helpful and he managed to make us feel right at home! A great location right in front of Kom El Dikka eco lodge in a nice location of Tunis Village. Mohamed was responsive despite Ramadan times, when we asked for extra cleaning or towels or even when we needed help starting the grill for a BBQ and Eid morning Iftar (Delicious Fetir and Mesh). It was a great overall experience and nice place to spend time with family and kids (take care of your children around the non-fenced pool). Book the place and Mohamed and his friends will look after you :) Super recommended for friends and families!

The place was amazing. We were a big family and we really enjoyed our stay at the place. We walked to the lake and spent some time there. It is private and has plenty of space.

Mohamed was a very responsive and accommodating host. We endet up staying in the Golden House villa, which was absolutely stunning, and clean. Beautiful roof terrace with a great view over the lake.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. Amira was extremely responsive at all times and typically got back to us within minutes. My family had a lovely time and we highly recommend staying here!

Great house to feel home away from home, the photos didn't do it justice, it is much more beautiful on reality. Mohamed (host) was very helpful and courteous. Very spacious 2 floors each has 3 bedrooms. 2 big halls on each floor , 2 balconies and huge garden with pool. The house is fairly maintained except for the bathrooms which require makeover ( one of the shower drains was blocked during our stay). This is an old house and one has to appreciate the beauty it carries however it could benefit from some renovations. Overall it was a very pleasant experience spending 2 days with our big family in this place . Sure we'll come back again.
