Holiday rentals with a patio in Fairhope

We stayed here for a quick trip to watch a family member get married at the beach. This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Free of clutter and cleaned very well. I have no complaints about this place and think it is absolutely perfect, just as it is. 10/10 recommend staying here!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath was very nice! Looked just as pictured & Ed made communication very easy!! 2 miles from Tropic Fall & close to a great strip for restaurants & stores..

Awesome stay and I would definitely book again

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a last minute one-night stay for Memorial Day, and Jessie’s place did not disappoint. It was perfect for us and our pup! The bed was cozy, we loved the backyard and enjoyed being so close to downtown and easily popped over for dinner and a walk, and coffee the next morning! Jessie was easy to work with and was so helpful in working with us on a late departure time since there were no guests coming in the next day. Thank you, Jessie, for being a great host - we can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

I liked that it was on the beach and every thing was in walking distance

We stayed for close to six months. While there were a few issues, these were pretty typical of those you'd find in any place you stay for so long. I would absolutely return if the need arises.

This was such a great spot! Everything was decorated nicely. Perfect for our couple getaway! The bayfront was a perfect place to watch the sunset.

Great place to stay on outskirts of Fairhope. We had 8 adults and it worked fine. Very clean and spacious. Had an issue with the battery dying in the electric entry lock and owner called me within 5 minutes of messaging them. Sent someone out within 15 minutes and issue was taken care of. Great responsiveness.

Host emailed me introduce himself and the day before check-in reached out to me to provide information on check-in process. House located dead end street. Easy to locate during daylight. Might be a challenge at night because no street lights. We have family lives in Mobile & asked where we staying. She said you staying in retirement community. Extremely peaceful area. We loved the neighborhood. Check-in process was easy. House had all the amenities & more. Clean. Easy to check-in and check-out. Pictures don't do it justice; this house is extremely cute with beautiful scenery. Alot of house for 2 people but we didnt care. Deck facing the creek. Just careful if you sit outside at night, the critters. I has bug spray repellent on but didnt stop them swarm me. We enjoyed deck only daytime hrs.. Mattress was extremely comfortable that I forgot I was on vacation and have family to see. Host extremely friendly and easy to reach. Definitely will return when we are in the area.

My favorite part of the home was the big windows in the living room that looked into the wooded area! The master bed was very comfortable! I loved the layout of the home! Faith was very accommodating regarding my allergies, she was also very good at communication and very polite!

Magnolia Charm is a beautiful home in a great location. Our family felt very comfortable and safe spending time inside and outside the nicely remodeled home. We especially enjoyed the location. Being close to Mobile Bay and downtown Fairhope made finding things to keep us occupied for the weekend very easy. I would recommend purchasing additional paper products if planning on staying more than a weekend as the supply is limited (as indicated in the rental description). Overall, we had a great stay! What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

We would definitely stay again . We loved it so much. Close by to downtown and to the soccer fields. My favorite was the porch . Such a nice spot . I’m coming home wanting to redo my porch :)

I loved the house, very well put together! The house was clean and smelled great. I am in love with the pillows on bed I am going to get some for my bed I slept so well on them!!!!

We lived in Mobile for 17 years and moved back home 4 years ago to Louisiana. We miss Mobile and Fairhope. Fairhope is such a beautiful, magical place. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. Staying at this Airbnb was perfect. The perfect location for us to get out and run errands. The neighborhood was beautiful. The happy, fun and bright boho decor, I loved. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Craig's place was just what my adult daughter and I needed! Although it's off the main beach scene of Gulf Shores near the town's shopping and restaurants but the drive down Fort Morgan road was beautiful and easy to get to. Once you were there, you were on a beautiful lush golf property full of serenity and peacefulness one dreams about for a beach getaway! Craig's place was exactly as listed, it has amazing views of the ocean and the pool. We had everything we needed in the place and the amenities were fantastic! It was nice to have a Dollar General just down the road for last minute needs and Sassy Bass restaurant was within walking distance with amazing food. The washer and dryer were easy to use downloading the app and using a credit card instead of quarters (who has change anymore?!), and just down the hall from the condo. I would highly recommend this place for 2-3 people. Craig was an amazing host full of resources and very quick to respond. We can't wait to get back here!

Overall great place to stay!! Linda gave clear instructions and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay within this price range!

Was such a beautiful place and beautiful view. It was amazing to be able to run up to the place for lunch and leave stuff on the beach because it was so close being beach front. Definitely recommend! The host Alison had amazing response time and accommodations.

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great. The pools were fun and the parking was easy. The condo was large and had all of the things you would need to enjoy your time there. We will definitely turn. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

This was my first time staying near the Fort Walton area and I loved it. It was only 20 minutes from town if you needed anything. The host was wonderful, check in was very easy, place was clean, beds were comfortable, what more could you ask for?! I would recommend this place to anyone. Would stay again!

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

Robin was a great host! The place was so nice, clean, and welcoming. Very close drive to all the restaurants and tourist sites and right across the street from the beach made it so easy to bring stuff back and forth. I would recommend to anyone!
