Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fairfield Harbour

Wonderful location in Fairfield Harbour! Just 1 block to the neighborhood pool, where hosts Terri & David arranged free passes for us to swim. This home suited our needs perfectly while in town to attend a sailing regatta. We really enjoyed our stay so close to the marina, and look forward to returning for the next regatta!

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

Can’t say enough good things about this little spot! Great location! So clean and cute. It’s the illusion of seclusion. We took our boat and enjoyed exploring the Bay River . Oriential is close for some really good restaurants . The porch and rockers were so nice for morning coffee. Shannon is responsive and helpful. We hope to be back soon. Lee and Wendy Cooper

Paul was an excellent host! The house is so cute, super clean, excellent location, conveniently located near beach access points, restaurants and the reason we were there - the Big Rock Tournament!!! Such a beautiful area. We loved the fenced backyard for our Yorkies and the driveway being on 20th, not on busy Arendell. 5 ⭐️ s!!!

This home was one of our best stays ever. The house was beautiful and very well appointed! I appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets as it made everything easy to find. And the labels on the light switches helped as well! We cooked in and found everything we needed in the kitchen plus we enjoyed being able to grill. And the snack basket was a nice touch! The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed hangout there when we weren’t out exploring. It was an easy drive to downtown New Bern. And the property and neighborhood were great for our dog. Jacqueline was friendly and proactive and we could not have asked for a better host. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return. All around great stay!

My entire family group of 9 was very happy with the home and especially the view! Everyone had their own comfortable space and plenty of relaxation and gathering spaces. Danny and Jenny were very responsive to inquiries and issues. I highly recommend their home!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—cozy, and in waking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and even left snacks for us when we arrived. The best part was the pool. Highly recommend!

Ben and Megi's place is VERY clean and well stocked. Each of the two floors has a king master suite and second bedroom, a living room, kitchen or kitchenette and deck. GREAT place for either a few couples to stay or for families with a few teens. There are tons of new board games and card games to stay entertained at night so we never even used the massive new TVs. The cul de sac is quiet despite backing up to the busy street (we didn't hear the church or the city works or anything) and the beach is a very close walk making it really easy to go back and forth. The beach is wide open because there is no public access nearby so you can take your time getting over there each day. We brought our own cart so we would have two carts (they provide one) and there are many chairs that are all brand new. Food Lion is a few minutes away as are many restaurants and it's a quick drive to Beaufort, Morehead City or Fort Macon if you want to explore a bit more. Would definitely stay here again

We are so glad that we found Christie's place! it was a perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the Riverwalk. Christie was an amazing host and the property had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Comfortable 2nd floor apartment in a quite neighborhood. Ample parking. Has 3 beds: queen and single in the bedroom and queen-size sofa bed (pretty comfortable) in the main room. Full kitchen with all the necessities, bathroom with shower. Nice open deck - was great to dry out diving equipment. Everything was clean, in good shape and matched the descriptions / photos. A few restaurants within 5 min drive; we found a couple within walking distance. Overall, a nice and clean apartment and a good value.

Cute little place. My husband was there for work so did not get to enjoy the beach side much but very comfortable and isn’t to far from restaurants or other things to do. Would stay there again. And the host so sweet and fast at responding.

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

Perfect stay for a couples get away. Within walking distance from the waterfront and lots of restaurants. Quaint but beautiful!

Stayed here for about a week for a romantic getaway with my partner. The place was beautiful and just like the pictures. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was so clean and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was perfect for my husband and I. There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated like the welcome gift, extra plush towels, fan, and super comfortable bed! The room was exceptionally clean as well which is always important. The room had everything we could have needed! We can’t wait to come again and stay here. My sister and I stayed with my new puppy and we loved it. The location was quiet but convenient to what we needed. Pool was clean. Definitely will be back to stay!!

If you like being right on the beach, this place is for you. Beautiful moon scapes at night. Very quiet area of the island.

We were very comfortable in this well thought-out compact condo. Had everything we needed and more! The location was great for restaurant options and stores, plus not far to go for Fort Macon and Beaufort, both great places to visit. But above all, the access to the beach from the property was excellent, and the beach was very nice at this location. Wish I was still there walking in the waves! Linda was a good communicator even though we didn't meet. I would definitely stay here again if returning to the area. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

It was a really nice place honestly it looked better in person than it did in the photos. The whole place was very clean you can tell their cleaning service is very thorough. They had everything you need down to detergent to wash clothes. Which came in handy when washing our clothes from the beach. Only thing missing was propane in the grill and with how helpful they were I’m sure they would have filled if we had reached out. I definitely feel it was worth the price and will book them again for any future stays in the area.

Beautiful apartment very well decorated with European style and incredible views which allows you (from two different balconies) to watch wildlife( dolphins/ wild horses and many different species of birds) but also all the boating activities with sailboats/catamarans/motor yacht etc. Bring your binoculars! It will be difficult to find better in Beaufort because no matter the weather conditions you will love this place and still enjoy the beauty of Beaufort. This place is a gem from January 1st to December 31st! You will enjoy your stay from the moment you open your eyes in the morning , the beds are excellent for your back ( I am a chiropractor!) and your car will rest because you can do everything on foot!

Karen’s condo was amazing. It was clean and looked just like the photos. Had tons of amenities as well as an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Karen was also an amazing host responding to any questions I had within minutes. I recommend this cozy spot to any couples or singles looking to visit Atlantic beach.
