Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fairbanks

This place was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the perks (like coffee, champagne and the hot tub). It was fun watching the plane land in the river and the river boat push by daily.

It was a great budget friendly place to stay in fairbsnks for a night with our pup. The house was about what we expected. You can tell the owners care about their guests and it’s decorated tastefully. Hard to find dog friendly bnbs.

What a wonderful stay! The Puffin Treehouse was adorable and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the heating units were easy to use. Both hot tubs and sauna were a lovely treat, and the bath house was stocked with towels and basic toiletries, which was convenient.

Jeremy and Jess's place was great. When we first arrived, I thought we were too far from down town, but soon realized the stores we needed were only 5 minutes driving distance away. The Creamery Field is right across the street, and I walked it and the adjoining trails every day we were there. The first day there, I saw an amazing amount of migratory birds in the field. I would recommend doing the trails around the Creamery and connecting trails around Fairbanks. Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only thing I would recommend for a better stay, is blinds or black out curtains on all windows. Neighbors seemed nice enough, but I like to pull shades for privacy. I improvised with sheets. I will try and book this again on our next visit. Great space.

We had a great stay in Fairbanks at this home. Cozy interior and enough room for 4 adults. Close to shopping and downtown Fairbanks (10 minutes). Home was as pictured and very clean inside. We made use of the convenient washer and dryer as this was the midway point of our week long road trip. Would book again.

Nice large space Centrally located

I cannot say enough good things about this hangar home and the hosts!! 10 minutes from the airport, convenient access to everything we wanted to do, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the curtains let us sleep well in the light. There are the planes that take off and land outside, but it was never a bother or very early or late. Most of all, Ruth and Johanna were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. (And their binder of local recommendations was fantastic…we tried out several and loved them all!). I hope to come back and stay longer.

Perfect place for me while helping my son recover from surgery. Great location and easy to get to places in town. Kurt was available for any questions and responded quickly.

Very beautiful loft apartment/ unit. Sara was very responsive and helpful especially with us coming from Oklahoma we weren't sure when we were getting in so she was very helpful with rearranging our dates. Very quite neighborhood, didn’t get the chance to see all the wild life that comes out but perfect little deck to be able to watch.

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place. It was a perfect location for walking to Pioneer Park and downtown. Danielle was super helpful answering questions and making great recommendations. She also has a book loaded with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The coffee and snacks in the kitchen were an added treat, and her bath towels were SO sift! Danielle's place is where you want to stay when visiting Fairbanks! Thank you, Danielle for a wonderful stay.

Extremely well designed and decorated place to stay. Caleb and Grace put a lot in to making sure my stay was comfortable. They were very gracious hosts and I would recommend them to anyone.

Loved this stay! Hosts go above and beyond with all the amenities and available supplies! Very cozy and clean, you can tell they care about the guest's experience :)

This property had a great central location. The view of the river and great natural light was wonderful.

Kyle’s Airbnb was perfect. If you left something back home, he probably has it here for you, even sleeping masks to block out the midnight sun, thank you Kyle, this was probably the best Airbnb Ive resided at over the last few years!

Clean, well organized apartment, adequate parking space, close to supermarkets, one of the best encountered in Alaska.

Warm hospitality, very pleasant space in a beautiful setting. Definitely recommend staying there if you have a car. We loved it and would stay again! Great hosts!

We had such a great stay. We travel a lot for hockey trips and have lots of kids. It is very hard to find a nice place our kids can play at. They had games outside, trails to walk behind the house and a nice little fire pit. We were able to have cousins over and play basketball, have a fire and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We love this place, and Rebekah was so kind. We'll definitely stay here again.

This place and these hosts are truly special. They are the example for how an Airbnb should be appointed and managed. They are a great communicators, extremely nice, and the place is really beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. 100% recommend.
