Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

Located directly on Lake St. Clair in Anchor Bay. Lakefront home built in 2017 ideal for vacations, family gatherings, and outdoor sports (ice fishing and boating). It is 2900 square ft. The house has 5 bedroom/bathroom en-suites. Large great room (kitchen/living room) which is good for hosting large groups. It has a 1200 square foot two level deck that is directly on the water's edge. The location gives you the Up-North feeling with the convenience of being close to the city.

An older lakeside cottage that’s been updated with some modern touches. The double lot gives you access to the canal right outside the living room and across the street the sunsets over the lake are just incredible. Great fishing, beautiful views, and overall just an easy stay. No AC was a concern but between the windows and the fans we never had a problem.

This place was home away from home. Beautifully updated, had anything and everything you could use or need. The location was rite near everything while being private and serene, we saw birds, rabbits, and even deer. Our children had a blast running and playing in the huge backyard. We loved this place and didn't want to leave. Would recommend 100%

If I could give 10 stars I would. Can’t say enough great things about this stay and Mary (Beth)! Beth and Kris knocked it out of the park for us from the start. They had everything ready, great condition, so many personal touches throughout the stay, great place and location, and great/knowledgable local recommendations. Great back yard and view of the lake. Parking room for a truck and trailer if fishing. We were there for ice season but they still had fish cleaning set up and ready for our ice adventures. It was a quick stay but would love to return and stay again. Nice cozy and updated living area, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Again, can’t say enough great things. Thanks again Beth and Kris!
