Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

Saverio was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over on our road trip. He was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had- even ones unrelated to our stay about the road rules in Italy. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. He left us water, milk and snacks for the morning which was a kind gesture. This felt more like a hotel stay than an air b n b. We checked in late and checked out early and saverio was happy to accommodate this. Only wish we had more time here. Thanks for our stay!

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Niesamowite miejsce z przemiłą właścicielką, przepiękny widok na Toskanię, dom otoczony pięknym ogrodem, czysty, w domku znajduje się wszelkie potrzebne wyposażenie, z całego serca polecamy:)

Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Flavio und wollten gar nicht mehr gehen. Der Hof ist ein Idyll in Umbrien, direkt an der Grenze zur Toskana. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen und Ausblick genießen und der Pool war perfekt zum abkühlen nach unseren Unternehmungen. Toll fanden wir auch das Öl vom Hof. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco, Marco and Michele's apartment. Great location, a sweet little garden with beautiful views of the city, super responsive hosts and extremely easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

Ottimo weekend lungo in occasione di Umbria Jazz...Casale ristrutturato con gusto in una oasi di relax (preziosa la piscina) a meno di un quarto d'ora da Perugia e dai suoi concerti. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile.

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

The apartment is in a brilliant location right in the centre of the city close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the view was totally worth the 90 step climb. Laura was incredibly friendly and accommodating and would 100% recommend staying here to friends.

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

Another fantastic stay! Kosmas is an amazing host - super friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here twice already and I'm planning to come back for a third time. The apartment's location is great, and I loved exploring the area every day. You get to see a different side of Perugia beyond the tourist spots. There are some great bars and restaurants on the way to the city center, perfect for evenings. The apartment is perfectly set up with everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, there's a cute little garden for your morning coffee. Everything you need is just around the corner - a supermarket, a bar for cappuccino and cornetti, and even free parking in a nearby underground garage. Highly recommend this place! Insieme a mia moglie abbiamo puntato sull'alloggio di Nicoletta come base per visitare la vicinissima Todi e poi Orvieto. Si è rivelata una scelta azzeccata per la posizione, lo spazio e la pulizia, e abbiamo apprezzato la bella accoglienza (anche con acqua sia liscia che gassata in frigo, e caramelle) di Nicoletta, dopo i precisi contatti con Gabriela. Sistemazione consigliatissima.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio dà sul lungo mare, la spiaggia libera è a due passi ma ci sono anche diversi bagni con sdraio e ombrelloni. Noi ci siamo stati a settembre e c'era sempre posto per parcheggiare gratis lungo la strada proprio davanti all'ingresso. L'appartamento era abbastanza spazioso e molto pulito. La cucina è fornita di tutto e ci è stato fornito anche il detersivo per utilizzare la lavatrice. Come benvenuto abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di vino bianco della zona, molto gradita. L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro con un sacco di locali dove mangiare e a 5 minuti in auto da un grande supermercato, comodissimo! Un grosso plus è il bar pasticceria proprio sotto casa, abbiamo fatto colazione sempre lì, anche con un piccolo sconto grazie a Milo! Milo è stato presente ma invadente e super disponibile! Insomma perfetto. Se torneremo in zona lo ricontatteremo di sicuro!

We were there during the Easter holidays/ middle April, as a family of 4. Our children loved their room and we did too. We enjoyed the peaceful stay there, the wiews, the accompdation and the warm welcome. We had enough place to feel at home and we loved the two teraces. One had sun in the morning and the other one hat sun in the afternoon. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bring your own coffee if you are a coffee person ;) The showers were not really my thing but we got used to it. We used one bathroom just for taking showers and the other one for everything else, because once you shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet and you can’t really use it for anything else anymore. But all in all we loved our stay there and the fact that we could take walks trough the forest directly from the house. To Assisi is just a short drive. Also there is no supermarkt near by, so it is good to bring with you everything you need. We definetly reccomend this place.
