First time I used AIRBNB I could not fall better than that….Host Filippo is accommodating and truthful on photos and description of the accommodation... his home with all the comforts useful for a stay that has to last more than one night... the only note for 4 stars is the uncomfortable double bed mattress for those who have back problems like me and if you have to sleep more than one night, but apart from this... well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher...in the large shower bathroom and washer-dryer, which should not be underestimated at all, wi-fi...parking under the house!!!IN SHORT, nothing to say...I will go back to Carpi and definitely from Filippo! Thanks also to the co-host Jacopo who followed us with easy and intuitive instructions being the first experience...and he was also very helpful in giving us all the information for a stay full of simplicity and tranquility! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

Stopped for a night at Claudio’s place while driving around Emilia Romagna with family. We really enjoyed a relaxing afternoon and breakfast next day at his amazing garden. The home is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.
