Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Boligen er placeret i skønne omgivelser tæt på strand og fine muligheder for gå/løbeture i omegnen. En helt unikt gåtur er på Thurø Rev. Der er udgang fra terrasse på førstesalen med udsigt til vandet der ligger i 300 meters afstand. Boligen er i to plan og mindre husdyr er tilladt. Boligen ligger i 5 km afstand fra Svendborgs bymidte med et righoldigt kulturliv. Selve huset er med køkken/alrum og med stue og soveværelse på førstesalen. Haven indhegnet således mindre hunde kan være i haven.

Ofen, Sauna, Strand, gutes Essen, Geselligkeit mit Freunden und Familie, oder einfach nur Abschalten. Der Naturstrand ist vom Grundstück aus über einen direkten Strandzugang zu erreichen. Fühlt euch rundum wohl bei uns!

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Helle, gemütliche 60 qm Wohnung für zwei Personen mit Wintergarten und separatem Eingang. Vom roten Sofa im Wohnzimmer und der Holzterasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser. Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer lichter Bereich. Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Doppelglastür auf eine große Holzterrasse. Hier gibt es im Sommer die Möglichkeit zu grillen oder die Abende vor einer Feuerschale zu verbringen.
