The flat is just next to Galata Tower which is one of the most famous historical landmarks of Istanbul. It is in the intersection of local and other touristical areas also 3 minutes away from metro and bus stations where you can also hail a cap. There are many boutique cafes around where you can have coffee - breakfast . The private terrace with bosphorus view will make you feel amazing when take your breakfast or grab a drink at nights. There is also a panaromic bosphorus view in living room.

Our residence is just 10 steps walking distance to the park area which is near by the sea that you can take a long walking.

Tarihi yarımada, Eminönü ise tramvay ile 15 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası ve evin ferahlığını da eve girince anlayacaksınız :)

A clean and tidy apartment with a great view. It has 3 air conditioners and it was cold enough. The house was very close to the market and restaurants. I rented 2 apartments for my family and I was very satisfied. I would stay when I come to Istanbul again.

Honestly this airbnb was so worth it. Not so pricey, very good price for what you get. When i arrived Kadir welcomed me into his airbnb, such a very kind man. He was so helpful and made sure we were ok. I love Turkish people especially this man, very good heart. I wish you well Kadir. Location wise, AMAZING! You’re in Balat you cannot go wrong. Balat was one of my favourite places in Istanbul, we hit the jackpot when we staid right in the heart of Balat. So much caracthers & action. I would pay separately just to see all this fun stuff in this area but thankfully that’s where we were located. If you’re visiting Istanbul, trust me you want to be here. Book it right away! Everytime i visit Istanbul, this will be my to go place! Thanks again Kadir!

Ce fut un séjour tout simplement magnifique. J'avais initialement réservé pour six jours, mais j'ai finalement prolongé mon séjour à vingt-six jours consécutifs, tant l'hôte, l'appartement et le quartier étaient agréables. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tous les besoins essentiels : divers moyens de transport, sites touristiques et historiques emblématiques d’Istanbul, ainsi que de nombreux magasins pour faire shopping. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le propriétaire de l’appartement, ses voisins sympathiques, ainsi que toutes les personnes qui veillent sur ce pays, et en particulier sur la ville d’Istanbul. Ce fut un séjour des plus confortables. Merci, merci et encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Je reviendrai, c’est certain.

Really good spot for our stay in Beyoglü, the place is big and roomy and close to the subway. The proximity of the nightlife comes at a cost with some weekend night being a bit louder, but in our case we were out there enjoying most of the time so it was not a problem! The hosts were super nice and responsive.

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!
