Great staff and location. Room was nice with a great view. My only issue was trying to use the address provided rather than the name of the hotel. I reached out to the host and got the hotel name and got it settled. But it ended up taking two taxis and some phone calls. Overall though a great experience once we found the right location.

hermoso lugar para una primera visita a estambul , cerca de todas las atracciones turisticas y del metro , mustafa y su equipo son muy amigables y te sentiras como en casa. fui con mi mama y nos encanto , esperamos volver algun dia. el desayunador en el piso de arriba es increible y tiene variedad. muy recomendado

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

The room was clean, and everything works smoothly. It is near the Hagia Sophia so that is a plus.

I loved my stay there. Staff is SUPER friendly and very helpful. I arrived at 9 am and was tired from my overnight flight and they offered me a complimentary breakfast and drinks. The room and bathroom is super clean with daily room service Food was AMAZING with huge variety. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Harika bir 5 gün geçirdim 3 farklı daire tuttum, temizlik tarafında küçük aksiliklerde olsa daha dikkatli olacaklarına eminim. Güzel bir konum, sıcak daireler ve iyi insanlar. Teşekkür ederim.

Отель находится в 10 мин. пешком от станции метро Автовокзал (Otogar). Номер полностью соответствует описанию - есть холодильник, электрочайник, фен и сейф. Номера чистые, в хорошем состоянии. Сюда удобно добираться на метро из любого аэропорта. Единственное, что может создать трудность, если у вас есть тяжёлый чемодан - это пешеходный переход над дорогой по пути от автовокзала, вам нужно будет подняться (и затем спуститься) по 44 ступеням. В этом случае лучше взять такси. Без багажа ходить к метро пешком можно без проблем. Персонал доброжелательный, все говорят на английском, заселение и выселение происходит очень быстро и в любое время суток, что очень удобно.

We had a great last minute stay at Ece's place for a flight the next day. Check in is a process but staff was very nice.

Perfect place

I had a great time staying at Kalfa Palace. The location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Engin was a great host! He's very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He provided me with the list of recommendations on restaurants, cafes, etc. There was a problem with the WiFi but he's on his way to fix it.

استقبلنا مراد بأبتسامة وترحيب كان شخص ودود ومثالي أحبه أبني الصغير وكذلك الرجل العراقي كان خدوم وطيب سعدنا بالأقامة لديهم ولا ننسى العاملة المصرية طيبة جداً كما انهم ساعدونا بتسجيل مغادرة متأخر حتى الساعة ١:٣٠ شكراً لكم

المكان جدا جميل وانيق وعادى ونظيف وتعامل جميل والمكان بالقرب من كل شي ومناسب حدا لشخصين والاستقبال عرب جدا متعاونين في مشكله بسيطه والا تذكر انه لا يوجد فيه مواقف اذا معك سيارة لكن يوجد مواقف داخل الحي

This place is a gem! It’s a clean and spacious venue located near Taksim Square. The metro station is just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore various attractions. The staff is always on top of things and provides prompt and helpful assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt bei Onur war richtig super ! Nicht nur war er unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Hagia Sofia war wirklich beeindruckend. Dazu kommt ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Onur eine Unterkunft buchen - immer wieder gerne!

Only have good things to say about the apartment. It was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable not too soft not too hard, very good AC and of course the cute balcony to chill after a long day. 2 big and 2 small towels and slippers were provided along with a few other necessities. Its also equipped with a good strong hair dryer. The neighborhood of Ortaköy has a lot of nice little cafes and traditional eateries as well as the more touristic waterfront area. We liked it a lot, but visitors should know that the only public transport to other parts of istanbul is buses and, not as frequently, boats, so travel needs to be planned accordingly. We arrived almost an hour later than estimated due to the insane traffic and Hayat was patiently waiting, thanks again! All in all had a great stay, would definitely book again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The check-in was straightforward and easy, and all the rooms were in good condition. The location was perfect just off the main street with many markets and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Nisantasi and Taksim Square. Would definitely stay again :)
