- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

The owner's service is enthusiastic and the house is affordable, suitable for travel and family living at home but not for people who like silence as the house is located on a busy pedestrian street.

Burak is the best person I ever met . He is kind and nice young man. His apartment is just amazing . We loved the view so much . Living room is very big and you will have amazing view from the big glass balcony . I stayed in the duplex apartment . It’s so big and comfortable . The swimming pool is also very clean. If you guys come here Burak didn’t tell us he is a busy man I know that but he has very big market in the lobby floor it’s a nice shop you can find everything . Prices are also very good. But the most beautiful thing is you feel at home because Burak makes you feel that . He is welcoming you like a friend . I’ll come back again ✨

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was stunning, beautiful décor with art deco accents. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and all the essentials including washing powder! The layout was so spacious as where the bedrooms. The bathrooms were perfect, with hairdryers available in each one. The apartment was absolutely spotless. The location was great, we could see Galata Tower within moments of leaving the apartment and we found it a great central point to walk to Galata Port, Karikoy, Cihangir, Taksim etc We would definitely stay here again in the future.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Wonderful Appartment, location, amenities - restaurant and supermarket and gym and pool facilities but what makes it really stand out are the caretakers of the Appartment making you feel right at home ! We will definitely come again !

Gerçekten tek kelime ile inanılmaz bir yer . Ev harikaydı beklediğimizden çok daha büyük ve bütün eşyalar yeni . Tv , internet Herşey sorunsuz çalışıyor . Yatak o kadar rahattı ki Burak’a nereden aldığını sordum 😊 Ev sahibi Burak tam bir yaşayan efsane . Ne zaman mesaj atsam saniyesinde cevap veriyor ve sürekli bana 24 saat mesaj atabilirsin veya arayabilirsin diyordu. Ayrıca Burak’ın lobi katında bir marketi var . Bu market hem fiyatları iyi hemde Herşey mevcut . Bu adam bir efsane gerçekten sana teşekkürler Burak mutlaka geri geleceğim.

Wir waren mehr als begeistert, als wir die Unterkunft und das Zimmer betreten haben. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern! Zudem war alles sehr sauber, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktischerweise gibt es noch einen Kiosk und ein kleines Café im Untergeschoss der Unterkunft. Ein zusätzlich großer Pluspunkt waren der Pool und die Sauna, die ebenso sehr sauber waren. Ich würde diese Unterkunft - vor allem für diesen Preis - immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mehr als zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, total gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Ich hab mich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohlgefühlt. Duygu ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach eine tolle Gastgeberin. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Mühe und Liebe sie in alles steckt. Ich werde zu 100 % wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft wirklich jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

The apartment is big and clean, it has everything you may need during your stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially at night. The host is very kind and responsive. Recommend!

I had to move out from a property as soon as possible and Adam was very quick in replying and helping me move into the property. The property is very security based and private and the house was lovely. Will go back on my next visit.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Ali Bey’in Karaköy’deki evinde konaklamak çok keyifliydi. Kendisi hem çok kibar hem de inanılmaz misafirperverdi. Ev güzel dizayn edilmiş ve tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılıyordu. Ali bey ne zaman bir ihtiyacımız olsa hemen yardımcı oldu. Üstelik Burgerlab’dan ikram ettiği hamburger hem sürpriz oldu hem de gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Bizim için çevrede gezebileceğimiz çok güzel bir rota bile hazırladı. Kahve ve çay da ikram etmek istedi ama maalesef zamanımız yetmedi. İş sebepli onlarca Airbnb evlerinde kaldım, en memnuniyeti önemseyen konaklamamdı. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim 👍

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

الشقة رائعة وجميلة ونظيفة وكل شيء فيها 5 نجوم. يوجد بالقرب منه مطاعم وسوبر ماركت والعديد من المحلات التجارية. لقد ساعدوني في حمل الحقائب وعاملوني بشكل جيد للغاية. شكرًا لفرقان ووالده... مكثت هناك لمدة 5 أيام جميلة. السكن آمن للغاية وبه حراس أمن. مثالي للعائلة

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
