Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Extremadura

Clean, modern, well-equipped apartment, very quiet. The village is cute with beautiful walks around. The Donde Manuel restaurant next door is good and the boss is very friendly.

Beautiful spacious studio apartment overlooking Plaza Mayor in Plasencia. Martin was easy to communicate with, prompt to reply and address any questions. My flight and train were delayed, and when I arrived late at night the directions provided for contactless check in were easy to follow, and I accessed the apartment without issue. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful apartment with amazing views over the town square. All facilities were top rate - kitchen appliances, air conditioning, Tv all functioned perfectly. Kitchen was very well equipped and everything looked new. Shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water and towels were large and thick. Bed was very comfortable with a great range of pillows. Appreciated the cold water in the fridge on arrival too. The couch and little table were pretty and functional. The sound (and light) proof shutters were amazing as they blocked out the sound of happy revellers below. The host was extremely proactive and always quick to respond to any queries. Check in was easy. There are lots of stairs so be prepared but the view is worth it! Highly recommend.

This apartment was one of the biggest and cleanest/most modern we stayed at in our trip. It’s a proper two bedroom, with a large living room and comfy sofa as well. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the twin beds also were very good. The bathroom and kitchen were both nice too. Be careful with the coffee maker as it doesn’t automatically stop. The keypad on the door was a little finicky, so we had to try it four times to get it, but it eventually worked just fine (you just have to press buttons very slowly and deliberately). The location is perfectly fine for what it is (in a random somewhat industrial part of Plasencia and not in the heart of the old city), and honestly it made parking nearby on the street and loading/unloading much easier. Would stay here again!

Our stay was super quiet and wonderful. The house was very clean, smelled wonderfully well and the thermal insulation of the house promises no need to turn on the AC. Also excellent sound insulation outside the apartment. Very well located, close to all points of interest in the city. And a spectacularly friendly and flexible host. We feel very welcome. We had a great stay in José's apartment. It is well located, close to the Plaza Mayor and everything you need is close by. It looks like they appear in the photos and the rooms were all clean. Jose was friendly and helpful. We changed our arrival dates and were late, but Jose was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

The apartment is very cozy, nice, very clean and well stocked with everything. It is well located in Arenas and very close to the roads connecting with the surroundings. Javier was very attentive and diligent throughout the process with the doubts that arose, so he is highly recommended. The only thing we can say is that we were not able to use the pool, it seemed to be abandoned and does not match the photos that appear in the ad, and this weekend, which was very hot, it is not clear when it is open and closed, if there are any.

🥰Very nice apartment. There is also a spa and other services that we did not have time to use. Our stay was very brief, but pleasant. 😊The hosts were always on top of things, and willing to help. The only detail to keep in mind is that in one of the rooms, the windows do not open.

Excellent, beautiful house, attention to every detail, and unbeatable service from Adam, attentive and friendly, making sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely repeat. To disconnect and sleep well, a walk is ideal.

Very good place to stay for a few days with friends and family. Paqui's care, excellent, always attentive to everything. The town is very peaceful and the people are very welcoming. The house is clean, and Paqui, makes you feel right at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The stay at Emma's place was practically unbeatable! Communication with her was 10 from prior to booking, inclusive. Also, it matches everything it describes in the features of the home itself, so it's ideal for a large group of people. On the other hand, Pedro Bernardo is a very recommended place if you want to enjoy a rural and quiet tourism, as you can also find other similar places within walking distance. Emma recommended us, weeks before arrival, most typical to do in the town, from nature trails to restaurants. Only, if you want to eat in the area, I recommend booking several days in advance since, in high season, bridges or similar, it becomes quite difficult to find a place for a group of 8-10 people. Overall, everything went phenomenal, so I recommend it to the fullest!

Wonderful stay - everything we had hoped for in terms of peace, beautiful surroundings and views, and a very well situated and equipped property. The property was very comfortable and practically every need had been thought about - we would have liked some hanging space for clothes and an iron/ironing board but these were minor inconveniences. We would happily return and loved the place. The house is great, very spacious rooms, it made a splendid day and we took advantage of the porch, the patio. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We will be back!!!

After 30 Airbnb experiences I can say I’ve found the best place. Very Nice appartement, everything is new and very clean. We love the location very peacefull and quiet. Lots of amenities during our stay that i’ve never saw before like chargers, games and even a Bluetooth speaker. Also enough toys for my 2 yr old Son. The garden is beautifull with a bbq that I used every Day. Thanks Juan for taking care of us🙏 you should be mentioned as a Airbnb superhost. Would definetly come again and recommend to friends and family!!

We had a great weekend. We were a large group with children and we occupied both houses. Luis is very attentive, clear in the directions and at our disposal. Very well equipped, with huge common areas and good pools. Highly recommended

It is very noticeable when a person is careful, perfectionist and detailed and Antonio is one of them, the beautiful apartment, very clean. And emphasize the ability to fix problems effectively and super quickly that Antonio has. The village is very quiet, the bars are great and the town you have places to see. Highly recommended

The accommodation complies with the description. The only one that would put it would be the number of stairs there, a little narrow, until you reach the accommodation and the separation of what is the kitchen/living room with the room/bathroom, but that is described in the listing description. Before entering he warned us of the possible noises to be festive and practically in the center, but still we caught it and it was great, noise was heard but from a certain hour the silence reigned. We really liked it! Thank you so much for everything:)
