Holiday rentals with a patio in Évreux

Everything was perfect, the decoration was done with great taste. The sauna is very quick and easy to use. The bedding is very nice. Everything was as described. We were amazed by the very ingenious door automation system. The location is ideal in the heart of Rouen, close to parking lots (paid, but it's Rouen). Too bad the checkout is so early (10 a.m.) because we would have liked to have been able to sleep in a little (it was raining more that day, perfect weather for that). We will be back!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

If I could buy a vacation home on the Seine, this would be it. Great place to relax and enjoy the vibe. The private elevator was a major plus! The host, Charles, was very pro-active in helping to make the stay even better.

We had a great stay at Maxime's, who is a very friendly and responsive host if needed. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and functional with complimentary breakfast which is really a very nice little touch. The jacuzzi is really great for relaxing. It's nice to be in a quiet environment that's conducive to walks. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Bénédicte's! Brionne and its surroundings are beautiful. We'll be back!

Romuald was very responsive, personable and a pleasure to know. This was a perfect location close to all the sites but quiet and a great place to relax after a busy day of walking and site seeing. He even left us a little surprise- very much appreciated.

This is a great place to stay if you are exploring Rouen. It is small, but it was the perfect size for me and my small dog. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. The wifi was strong and the apartment was very clean.

Very functional and well-equipped house. We rented the 3 connecting houses for our group of young athletes. The large kitchen and dining area very convenient for communal meals. The rooms in the different houses are well arranged even if some are lower under the ceiling. The home theater with the giant screen is a real asset as well as the coffee available. Even though we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space (March), the pool and pétanque area appealed! David has always been very responsive and the guidelines with a convenient code system.

Benjamin provided accurate information and remained very available to ensure a smooth arrival. The accommodation is well equipped and in a good location for peace and quiet in the Normandy countryside. But be careful not to be sensitive to the morning light.

Absolutely stunning house in the French provincial style, built in 1793 with period features throughout, the house has been beautifully restored and is stunningly decorated. The pool and amenities were fantastic, with bikes, boules, darts, footballs, badminton and other sports available. Laetitia was a great host and came to welcome us personally to the house, perfect 5 out of 5.

Nathalie was very responsive and her place was as described. We only stayed one night whilst passing through but was perfect for us.

Large secure house very well arranged and very nicely furnished. The garden is beautiful. Shops nearby. Plenty of hiking opportunities. Quiet and nature are waiting for you . and Marie, our host was proactive, understanding and very caring We would highly recommend it.
