This property was exactly as described. I am a local so the location was perfect and there was ample room for my large family. I must mention the communication, which was nearly instant no matter the time. Alvaro is a terrific host!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect ! Set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet only about 25 minutes from the beach. It was a great distance for exploring and enjoying different activities without being in the middle of all the noise. We truly loved everything about our stay and would absolutely come back again. Hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Pictures don't do this home justice, everything was immaculate and beds were extremely comfortable. Very quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen had everything u needed, it was updated and essential seasonings and such were provided. Christina is the best host, so helpful and responded immediately with any questions. She provides the most informative guest book with details about the house, pool, and hot tub for instructions. Along with restaurants for different budgets and activites for your vacation. I look forward to coming back, and would stay at any of her homes listed on AirBnB. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else, better than a five star hotel!

What I love most about that place is the customer service. Always helpful and fast with responses when I needed them. Quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Perfect location to stores and the beach. Comfortable soft bed. Thank you for giving me the good place to stay when I needed it the most.

I had the most immaculate stay at this property. Every necessity was provided instantly so I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The location is within perfect distance of the design distance making it easy to walk to or take a cheap 3 dollar Uber. I would book this stay immediately if I were you.

Very close to where my family was having an event. Extremely convenient for what I needed.

We have stayed at Kate's property several times and have never been disappointed! She is a fantastic host and extremely responsive. The property is beautiful and well-taken care of. This is our go-to spot for our vacations in South Florida!

The shower was amazing. Plenty of hot water and extremely spacious. Studio unit 1 was clean. We used the grill for hamburgers and hot dogs. No one was at the pool. Very private. We enjoyed kayaking. The instructions include pictures to show you how to unlock and lock everything.

When folks enjoy hospitality it is obvious. Bear Necessities is a wonderful AirBnB. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the whole apartment is lovely. The bear theme is well done and fun, but not over done. Charlotte and I van are excellent hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches to show that they want you to enjoy your stay. The location was good for us as we don’t really enjoy being in the busy parts of town. We enjoyed the quiet.

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! Leticia had a wonderful Airbnb to stay in in Naples. We were close to everything including the beaches downtown and the Everglades. It’s definitely worth the money.

Gute Unterkunft, schöne Gegend. Supermarkt und Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Spielplatz ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

We love Marco island and this place in particular . Is our second time here and we are already planning our next trip.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. This is a well kept simple space with quality bed, bedding and some simple basic kitchen facilities. Well located for everything that Everglades City has to offer and with good ac and a pool on site we found it ideal for a 3 night visit.

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us. Very Good Experience and Highly recommended!
