This was such a beautiful home. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We have small babies and the house was perfect for a family with small babies. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved the fact that there was a tv by the pool super relaxing and peaceful. Timberly was an amazing host so sweet and hospitable.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Nice place to get away and relax.

This is the 1st time stopping at Emmanuels villa, We had a great time here very, the villa clean and spacious. Emmanuel was very responsive and very helpful . The villa has a large pool which is excellent and great for swimming and it is extremely private. The villa had everything you needed for the beach ie. brolly , backpack chairs Sun hats and the foldable trolley which is a must when going to the beach. all in excellent condition. we were very sad to leave and hope to return in the future. we have holidayed 27 times in Florida, and found this villa to be up there with some of the best we have stayed. we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in Marco island , and having a great host makes a very smooth enjoyable experience. My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

This was our first time visiting Marco Island with my husband, 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We do not have enough great things to say about how much we loved our stay at this house! I think it was in an absolutely perfect location to the beach and local amenities, we had a great time hanging out in the private pool by our little one was napping then would walk down the street and out to the beach every night for the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back.

Let me star by saying that this are the best host in town .... The house feels cozy from the moment you park , inside theres all you need and open patio concept is amazing to enjoy the pool area . Location is perfect . We will be back many times more

Had a great stay! The property was as advertised, clean, well stocked with kitchen stuff, towels, etc. Decent gas grill, dock space was nice to use with my own boat. In a great area, from the dock it is a 10 minute ride out to the main channel and northern reach of 10,000 islands. Everything is walking distance, Stans, Little Bar, etc. I will definitely be staying here again.

This condo was such a vibe! The location couldn’t be better — literally 5 minutes to everything you need: beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to leave! Parking was a breeze, and super appreciated. And the pool? Total cherry on top. It made the whole stay feel like a mini resort getaway. Zero complaints here — I’d 1000% come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of home .

Great communication, easy check in

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. I know without a doubt we would book Stella's place again...thanks for a wonderful vacation! Tammy n Kevin

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

10/10 stay. This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

What an INCREDIBLE week we had at La Bella Vita!!! One of our favorite anniversary trips to date! The condo was filled with everything you’d need for a week on the beach. It’s spacious and luxe. It has a well appointed kitchen and dining area. Having a beachfront view of Topsail Beach every day was magical. Close access to beach and the heated pool. We watched the incredible sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. We love that the bedrooms have access to the balconies as well. Close to shopping and dining. Tricia was a wonderful host- super communicative before and during our stay. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our anniversary week! We look forward to coming back next year and sharing the magic of Marco Island with our boys. We highly recommend a stay here!!! 🏝️ ☀️

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

We had an amazing time. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could need and more. I am extremely organized and felt like I was right at home. lol. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Naples!

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!
