Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Cottage with sea view. It consists of two bedrooms (one double and two single beds) kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is outside and is just outside the kitchen. Under the house there is a beach where you can reach by a path with stairs in two minutes. At the back of the house there is a garden with stairs and levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the road through a path with stairs in 1 minute. Public Parking 80m from the house. Unsuitable for people with disabilities.

The house is located literally on the beach. The ground floor was built in the end of te 19th century and it is made of stone like most ikarian houses of that period. It is consisted by a spacious kitchen and living room and a small bathroom. At the back yard, there is an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor, in which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front yard and the balcony have a fantastic view of the sea. The house is ideal for four guests.
