Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Traditional House # Sarantos Residence

The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. A vintage shelter for a unique accommodation experience.

Beatiful new apartment with amazing views to the Sea and to the Mountains. Located in the road from Evdilos to Karavostamo. 5 min walk to the sea. Comfortable and practical space, is perfect for couples or an small group of friends. For the guests who will choose our apartment during Easter, I would like to offer them a special gift and to spend with my family on Easter day, Sunday 24/4, to watch the preparations of the traditional table, skewering lamb, and let us all eat together

Ikarian style house with a big garden in the village of Frantato. If you are looking for a peaceful ,quiet and relaxing place to stay , then this will be perfect for you. Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

The stone is located in the village plambos a few minutes from the port of Evdilos (2 km ) and with the nearest beach just a private path far away In the stone stone stands out the large courtyard which can be used at all hours of the day from the morning on the side of the beach for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for panoramic views of the Aegean with the nice colors of the sunset.
