Everything was great,the apartment was clean and everything you need was available! We enjoyed it and would go back!

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos, the small sauna and hot tub are great amenities. The only thing that bothered us: the coffee maker was extremely slow, we had to wait half an hour for a pot of coffee, so it's worth investing in a new model. The dining table has also seen better days, but otherwise it was a very nice stay and we would come back and recommend it.

We felt extremely comfortable with Kim. We enjoyed the particularly beautiful and well equipped apartment. If another visit to MV arises, we would choose this beautiful apartment again! Best regards, Kim from Bernd & Irmgard 😉

Highly recommend. Well-maintained complex, short walk to the beach, shopping within walking distance. Sauna, hot tub great. Washer dryer available, which was very convenient. Very quiet.

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

The place has plenty of room for everyone. The pool, hot tub, and game room are just as equipped as in the listing and perfect for bad weather program. The path to the beach is within walking distance. We'll be back for sure.

A nice cottage in a quiet location. The semi-detached houses are highly recommended for larger groups. The layout of the houses makes it possible to be together, but there is also a chance to retreat! Especially in mixed groups, where children are also perfect. For some, it takes some getting used to the fact that there is no wifi. Cell phone reception is also rather poor. Not a problem for us, it was rather beneficial for the recovery. In the kitchen, nothing was missing in terms of dishes. However, you have to know that things of the basic equipment, salt, baking paper, oil, detergent/tabs, hand soaps in the bathrooms, etc., are not mandatory. There was a loving welcome package in each kitchen, but it will not be sufficient depending on the length of stay (1Spültab, 1 small package of salt and pepper, 1 bag of dish soap). Had a great stay and would book the house again anytime!

Celia And Ada's apartments welcomed us very well with 13 people and offered us every opportunity to do it. We could easily cook in large quantities for everyone or grill on the terraces. Kids loved the spacious kitchen-living landscape. We seniors moaned over the many stairs. Minor amenities issues were resolved immediately! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would come back right away and make a recommendation. Thanks a bunch

Well-equipped kitchen, billiards AND table tennis - GREAT Great pool with stairs instead of ladder!!! This was our reason for making this type of house ideal for the children and the older generation. Great room layout! Despite frost, it was chubby warm everywhere! We do a family reunion once a year with participants from 0.5 - 84 years old. We will be back...!!!

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

Completely unproblematic communication, flexible arrival and departure was possible. Unfortunately, there are still many houses in the shell or almost finished condition. Therefore, the area looks very much like construction site. The way to the house was in not such a good condition, but it is currently the case and will definitely change soon. We would gladly go there again. No comparison to the similarly large houses of a competitor. These are consistently in a significantly worse condition. Especially the kitchen is excellent for larger groups of people. Two ovens, a huge fridge and an just as large freezer allow for an extensive supply!

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 13 people. It would even be room for more. Unfortunately, due to the current construction site, it is still a bit noisy and not quite as "idyllic" as you might like. Otherwise, everything was there, it was very clean and the service on site was always responsive. Clear recommendation

We had a really great time with our group! We were almost exclusively in the house. And of course have planned most of the day in the pool or the many play opportunities such as. Table tennis & billiards used. We were completely satisfied!
