Holiday rentals with a pool in Eure

Beautiful large character house with 2 lounges, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great garden with views across the valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great for our big family. Too bad there's not a bathroom in the living area: you have to go to a bedroom. Also, it's a 20min drive to go shopping. We went beginning October and it rained practically every day.

Martine the concierge is TOP! Really the highlight of the stay, it's a ray of sunshine, with great care, attentive and so sweet. The place was even more peaceful, magical and beautiful than in the photos. Really thank you!

Highly recommend! A few days treat, especially to visit Monet’s Garden-magical!! Isabelle was kind and helpful yet very discreet unless we needed something. The sole use of pool and garden is a great bonus and private…Isabelle even closed the two window shutters on the house that faced poolside. There was a lap tray on the bed with a ‘welcome gift’ - lovely touch, Thankyou again Isabelle!

The property, grounds and location were perfect. Marie made us extremely welcome, and was on hand but completely unintrusive. We felt totally at home and had everything we needed. The pool and grounds are fantastic and the property is extremely homely and cosy. We had a wonderful stay, explored the area on bikes and on foot, swam, ate in and out, and went to the local town, as well as exploring the sights. It was perfect for our needs and Marie is a superb host. We would love to return in the future, as there is tons more to see and do!

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Welcoming and warm hotel with all the useful information. Accommodation that lacks nothing and in a quiet residence with a beautiful pool.

I think we found our base for our next visit to Paris! thank you again for everything. I recommend this accommodation 3000% without a second thought .

Very courteous and very discreet host, very quiet and easily accessible location, a small terrace, a garden area with barbecue with an indoor pool available, a large supermarket less than two kilometers away, the only downside if I had to give one would be the shower area where a small shelf to put bath products would be missing, I recommend it!

The stay at Mathieu's apartment was great. Great design and very nice terrace. The process was smooth and well organized. Free parking is available right next to the property and save a lot of stress. Kids had a fun time in the large and very well maintained pool. By train you can get to the center of Paris in max. 30 min. We were very pleased.
