Apartment holiday rentals in Eure-et-Loir

My partner and I stayed 3 days in this beautiful apartment, very close to the cathedral and interior as comfortable as modern, close to restaurants, I recommend to anyone wanting to visit the center of Chartres.

Excellent place to visit Chartres. Everything is perfectly in line with the listing, there is all the necessary equipment and the apartment was impeccable. The parking space is very appreciable, although it is not directly accessible from the lobby of the building. The exchanges were very fluid and responsive.

we had a lovely two days. the accommodation is located by the water, it is quiet and relaxing. Everything is nearby in a few steps.

We are delighted with our stay. The accommodation was impeccable, very well-equipped and very quiet, and the added bonus of having parking and also a view of Chartres Cathedral. Yann was very attentive to us and we really appreciated it.

Excellent location and very comfortable

Clean accommodation, nice location and above all a very quiet environment. The icing on the cake is an incredible Host who takes into account the slightest concerns of the occupants. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Great accommodation for one or a few nights to explore the cathedral a few steps away. The stairs were not a problem for us, but you should be in good shape and without bulky suitcases. Mohcine always responded immediately and was open to suggestions for improvement. We felt very comfortable and would come back. The free parking in the underground garage nearby is a hit. The key box is on the windowsill to the right of the entrance.

We had a very good stay at 17, the accommodation is very clean, it matches the listing and the photos. The instructions are clear, autonomous check-in is great. Nicolas is very welcoming and available. Perfect! Roxane & Hugo

Fatiha is very responsive and accommodating, but also very kind and caring towards her guests. The accommodation is very clean, carefully decorated. Very good location in the center.

a beautiful little cocoon, everything is cute, tastefully thought out. it's full of little surprises, hearts, original details. The place is peaceful. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with character. Beautiful decoration. Complies in all respects with the photos. Very nice private garden which we enjoyed for our breakfasts and dinners. We appreciated the possibility of parking the car inside when there was no space in the street.

We had a great time in this place! The decoration is really superb, with attention to the smallest details — you immediately feel at home. The jacuzzi is clearly a big plus: clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The place is quiet, comfortable and everything was impeccably clean when we arrived. I recommend it 100%!

We came to visit family and friends for a nice break and Kristel’s home was the perfect location right across the Chartres train station & mix between luxury and minimalism. Thank you very much, we had an exceptional evening thanks to Renald. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The setting is perfect for meeting up with 2 people and enjoying nature. We were only a few minutes from Evreux, which allowed us to discover the city that we did not know. The location gives us the impression of being alone in the world with nevertheless the certainty of being close to different shops. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Well located apartment, close to the cathedral, restaurants... Not necessarily super convenient for parking but there are a lot of small (paid) parking lots all around so you can always find a place. Clean place with all the necessities. Small problem with the spa that did not work completely, it's a shame. A nice apartment that is pleasant for a short stay in Chartres.

Great stays, well-located accommodation, classy, luxurious and very well-equipped! I recommend it.
