Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The apartment comprises the entire attic of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - make the missing lift quickly forgotten. This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

The apartment is decorated in rustic farmer's style, which is located in a stylish former square courtyard. Our house sits at the edge of the east center in a quiet location. The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous amenities and arrangement, it is very suitable for business travelers and fitters.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft (20m2) für bis zu drei Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Es wurde alles 2022 renoviert. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
