Holiday home rentals in Euboea

Beautiful place on a fantastic island. You walk down the stairs and take a dip in the sea. Lots of nice eateries nearby and a very nice village a fifteen minute walk, where there is also plenty to do. All the ingredients for a top holiday !

We came last year, This time we came back with a couple friends to introduce them to this beautiful island. We were like last time hosted very well by Nikos and his family, they are very responsive if needed and very kind and helpful, they have the restaurant overlooking the beach right next door, the dishes are very simple but very good. What we like is that there are almost no tourists, it's quite wild, it's not complicated to find a deserted beach, you don't have to be afraid to take dirt and pebble paths, it goes up and down, a 4x4 car is recommended (which we rented from Leon Car in Kea). The weather was perfect, only sun with a hot sea. Among other things, we visited the ruins of Carthaea (5 km round trip on foot only) stone slab path in stairs, the ascent is quite physical but it is very beautiful. We even went diving just 2km from the house (hotel beach next door). Louilis is a car-free village, which comes to life from 6 p.m. (opening of shops and restaurants), with stairs, you go up, you go down, it's sporty, beautiful. Total rest in Elly's house, no noise, just that of the waves with 180° views of the sea and the horizon, it feels like you are alone in the world. The house has a fisherman's house atmosphere, it is not the luxury of a palace but it is very authentic, very simple, just functional. Enchanting views over the sea from the terrace, tranquility and inspiration at the same time. Home with charm, everything you need, well maintained, lovingly furnished. We felt right at home!! Nikos is very cheerful and hospitable person. His wife Maria, who met me on my arrival was also very helpful and friendly! The house is nice and big, and you will find all you may need in it. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can cook good meals there. Overall we had a very good stay thanks to our lovely hosts! :) It is a convenient place for chilling out (or working) away from the city, with just one exception - you need a car for everything. I love to walk and do jogging, but the neighborhood is full of dogs, who sometimes are not tied and might be aggressive. I had two incidents with dogs, after that i was just using my car for going to Eretria or anywhere else. Eretria is nice and calm town with restaurants and good vibes :)

The location of the accommodation is very nice as you have the beach almost at your doorstep (we were there in high season, which is why the beaches were well attended but you can always find a nice place). We were allowed to use beach chairs and beach towels from the property The accommodation is small but everything necessary is available and from the balcony you have great views of the sea. The small double bed is really small in length for us and consists of two mattresses. It was just enough for us (1.90 m). Maria received us extremely nicely, explained everything and even drove us to the supermarket, thank you! The supermarkets are easily accessible by bus, otherwise there is a parking space for a rental car.

Labros was an incredibly nice host, super responsive and very easy to get on with. He was great when I arrived and the appartment itself was squeaky clean. He gave me good recommendations for places to go and was always willing to go above and beyond to make my trip easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Maria’s place was fantastic. This small home was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect escape on Aegina. It is set in the back of a much larger property. The hosts live on the property but we felt complete privacy. There are many trees and the sound of the cicadas was very relaxing. The small private pool is the perfect size. Beautifully lit up at night, we were able to barbecue and cook in the kitchen for every meal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook. The house was stocked with clean towels for bathing, swimming and even offered robes. Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend having some means of transportation because it is just slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center of town. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again. One of our favorite Airbnbs for sure!

My wife and I really enjoyed this house. Maria, our host, was an awesome host. She picked us up from the ferry and took us to the house. She provided restaurant suggestions and things to do on Kea Island. The house was clean, comfortable, and the views were incredible. You will need a car to get around here. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at Zack’s studio! Would highly recommend for either solo or pair traveling. Very quiet get away and supreme access to the beach and lovely ocean! Hope to visit again one day.

Ideal place for a family with young children. Comfort for a newborn and an excellent pool with a lifeguard for an older child right outside the house. The beach of Xylokastro in 5 minutes on foot and all the restaurants and cafes of the main beach for a walk next to the exit of the house, but in full privacy due to the large garden with the pool. The residents of the adjacent apartments are friendly and discreet. The house is well equipped and clean with a nice terrace. We will definitely visit it again and we highly recommend it.

It's a very charming and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful view from the large veranda! Walking distance to the beach and main area of Batsi. Our host was so nice and very responsive. Thank you!

What a beautifully renovated apartment with everything we needed. The most comprehensively equipped kitchen we’ve found amongst all of our rentals in Pelion, fresh fruit provided from their garden, home made cherries in syrup for breakfast, very comfortable bed, full length sofas to lounge on, gorgeous metal and wood drum like coffee tables, washing machine, brilliant aircon, a wonderful terrace… and the absolute icing on the cake was John’s mum who bought us homemade warm donuts with honey and cinnamon on the first morning and homemade filo pastries filled with feta and peppers on the next. I did ask if she could come and live with us, but I think we’ll have to settle on seeing this lovely family when we next book into their apartment.

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The place is new and very clean. There is a helpful housekeeper on property. It is in a great location near pretty beaches

Our stay at Mr. Kyriakos' place was really a one-of-a-kind experience! Our hosts have always been kind and sincerely interested to make our vacation special! The house is really fully equipped and cared for up to the smallest detail, with a lovely courtyard with unlimited views! Mr. Kyriakos took care of us daily by giving us fresh vegetables from his garden, and offered us a bottle of wine upon our arrival!We can't wait to be back in this place that really is the ultimate retreat! Access is very easy with always available parking! Located next to the magical Chora of the island where you go by foot! Everything was spotless and in the areas of the house you will really have everything you need and more than I would say! Every possible need is already taken care of by the awesome hosts! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything! So long!
