Holiday rentals with a patio in Euboea

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent view of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place to visit Athens!

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Eleni and her husband were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. She was responsive and made great recommendations, such as stocking up on water and food (self-catering) from the port town, as the local supermarket was closed. She also greeted us with treats on her name day, which were greatly received!

Exactly as described, yes it is a little isolated but that’s not a bad thing after a week of hustle and bustle in Athens

Our stay at Matias and Leo's place was nothing short of wonderful. Leo was a very responsive host, and kindly responded very promptly to our requests. We had a great check in experience, meeting Leo at the property, despite the late hour. The host's recommendations were excellent, and the location of the property was a short 5 min walk to the nearest trainline (Sepolia) where we could easily access all the most popular sites in Athens. A great little kitchen, equipped with everything we needed. And while the bathroom was small, was still very functional. The bed was comfy, and clean and the balcony filled with plants, a day bed and comfy seats were a great place to sit in the mornings. All in all we could not fault our stay and would highly recommend to those staying in Athens!

We've had an excellent 2 night stay at Sotiris' apartment, exceptionally clean and in an ideal location. Sotiris is a super responsive host and provided clear simple instructions for gaining access to the building, local recommendations and helpful directions from the metro stations. I read a lot of reviews about the area being somewhat unpleasant, we found it to be perfectly safe and visually not uncommon for a city. We found some amazing food venues nearby to the apartment to save on entering some of the more touristy areas and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Home was clean, host would respond very fast to any questions. Area is walkable to restaurants. Very private and comfortable.

The house is simply wonderful! 3 beautiful bedrooms, living room, very large dining room, excellent kitchen, spotless and equipped with everything you need, salt, pepper, oil, espresso coffee and even plastic cups. 2 bathrooms upstairs in the large bedrooms and 1 toilet downstairs also spotless where again there was everything, shower gel, shampoo, hair cream, extra hand towels, enough and even body deodorants and tissues for those who do not use face towels! Emma is an amazing host, very friendly and kind, a wonderful person! We highly recommend Emma and her wonderful home to spend your vacation or weekend with your friends or family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was easily the best Airbnb of our holiday! The photos from the balcony window which are on the property listing do not do this place justice. It was so nice to enjoy the view while we ate breakfast outside on the balcony. It was also much larger in person than what I had imagined. I really appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. We had a hire car with us, there is public parking at the steps to the property and we were able to get a park there immediately with no issues. The property is also so close to the archaeological site as well as other walking tracks, it was the perfect location for us. We only stayed one night but it would have been better to stay 2. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

She was great with everything, always answered quickly! The place was very clean!

We had a great time at Aristo’s. House was lovely and everything was as described. We really enjoyed the fireplace which gave the house such a cozy vibe. Nice and private and peaceful. Host was very responsive and friendly. We only regret not using the hot tub!!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in Greece ! Beautiful house close to the beach and restaurants with a lovely garden to spend sunny mornings at ! The place was spotless clean and with all the amenities provided. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking spacious and clean accommodation close to the sea in the relaxed and quiet area. I also have to say the host was very helpful and gave us great tips ! Thanks so much !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria and the enchanting Steirida Stone House! My stay was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Maria welcomed me so warmly and instantly made me feel at home. We definitely made good use of Google Translate, and still managed to share many smiles and heartfelt moments. Maria truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort—stocking the house with plenty of food and thoughtful amenities. When I arrived late and the local tavern was closed, she even prepared a delicious dinner for me. Her generosity and care touched me deeply. The cottage itself is stunning, with beautifully curated furnishings that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Outside, Maria lovingly tends the lush gardens and veranda, overflowing with flowers and offering breathtaking views of Mount Parnassus. It was a true sanctuary. The location is also ideal—just 15 minutes from the beach, where you can go for a refreshing swim, and close to both Delphi and the Osios Lou

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

Apartment is as shown in the pictures, very clean and with attention to detail, lighting options is nice, the view is open space towards the sea, all comforts available.

We had the best stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to everything you want to see on your trip but also felt enough away from the city town that you felt safe and quiet. The place was perfectly clean and was equipped with high tech appliances. We loved this place! 10/10 recommend!

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay

This apartment was perfect for us! The high ratings are not only for the apartment, but for the best host I’ve ever had. Alexandra was so proactive and eager to make our stay easy and enjoyable. She has a great list of local restaurant recommendations. I gladly accepted Alexandra’s offer to arrange transportation for our arrival (from a ferry) and departure (to the airport). This assistance really reduced the stress for me and I can’t thank her enough for that help. The apartment is as described and had everything we needed to feel at home. The view of Acropolis is amazing! The location is safe and peaceful at night. We walked everywhere while there…only about 10 minutes to get to the Acropolis area surrounded by shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Alexandra’s place…especially for a family looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay while in Athens.
