Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

Very good stay at Alisée's apartment. We feel that this apartment is not only an investment to accommodate tourists but also a small holiday cocoon that the owners have arranged. Very quiet area 2 min walk from shops and the beach of Saint-Palais. The apartment is luminous, well arranged and well-equipped (with a real espresso machine:-) ). Comfortable bedding. Warm welcome by Claire and Alexa from “Alexa's Lodge”. Accommodation found very clean upon arrival, which is well appreciated.

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Listing as described, Johnny and Mélissa really thought of everything to allow you to spend a week or a relaxing stay with comfort. Comfortable bed, with the Spa that adds a complement to the accommodation. In a quiet and well-located area, close to all shops and tourist places. We would highly recommend for a couple! We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!
