Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, spacious home. Roku TV, fast internet, large yard where you can see the sunrise in the back of the home and the sunset in the front of the home. Very close to the lake (less than 10 minute drive), close to many great nature spots, and University of the South, Downtown Winchester area, and the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. 8 people can be comfortably accommodated, and if extra sleeping arrangements are needed, we have a comfy couch! Lakelife Retreat

We bought this cozy house as a family retreat and decided to share it with others. Lake view, water front property on the secluded upper part of Tim's Ford. There is a dock in year-round water with a boat launch one block away. The front yard is large enough for parking trailers after launching your watercraft and still plenty of room for yard games. Make memories with the family, have a girls get-a-way, win the fishing tournament, or relax to write some number one hits!
