Fabulous property in quiet corner of the Bonita Springs neighborhood. Beautifully remodeled home with all the conveniences and attention to details providing lots of extras for your stay. Screen covered pool with jacuzzi and relaxing outdoor living space. We loved the reclining family room sofa! Easy bike or drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. One of the nicest properties we have rented. Does not disappoint.

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

We vacationed here for a week w/ all our adult kids and we all LOVED it! The house is very clean! The house is just like it shows in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The fishing pier was great! There was so much room for everyone we didn't feel like we were on top of everyone. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Laurie and her family are so amazing and there are great hosts. Their house is wonderful and everything was clean and felt like home. They have everything you need for a beach vacation. The backyard pool and hot tub were our favorite. My husband and son loved to fish right there in the canal. We spent many nights hanging at the pool and watching TV and grilling out. Very relaxing and a short walk to the beautiful beach and gulf. We can’t wait to return.

So many things to love about this place - an easy walk to an uncrowded beach, a beautiful pool and spa and an incredibly clean home. Our three young boys had no problem making the walk to the beach and the beach toys, wagon and chairs made it even better. Alex was very responsive and proactive to our questions. Do be mindful that the area was recently affected by multiple hurricanes and is still recovering. Several homes on the block aren’t renovated yet and there is a lot of construction going on nearby. That said, it was never noisy and the only thing we noticed was much less traffic than we expected and emptier beaches … which of course we didn’t mind!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was beautiful as always and the house is just perfect for our family and relaxing. We only had one issue and Joshua was quick to respond and offered to assist but it wasn’t necessary. The check in is very easy and the house is perfect for movie nights, fire pit at night, swimming all day, and for our dogs to enjoy as well.

We highly recommend Classy in the Cape. It was a great vacation home with everything we needed. The outdoor area, pool and hot tub were amazing. We also loved the dock seating for morning coffee. Excellent family vacation!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

Beautiful home and easy to access. The pool was my daughter's favorite feature.

We had 4 generations of family staying at Brad's. Having 2 separate living areas worked out perfectly. it would be great if a door was added at the top of the stairs so you could leave both doors open as we didn't want to waste the air conditioning. The beach is a super quick walk from the house so easy to go back and forth as needed. The pool was also a huge hit and was heated perfectly as stated in the listing. Would definitely stay at Brad's again!!

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

BEAUTIFUL home! We loved the house so much we extended our trip an extra night. Lanai and pool area was a perfect set up for relaxing in the evening, we were able to fish off the pier and they had kayaks for us to use…. And the neighborhood was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed at this place several times now, and love it every time! The hosts are always responsive and accommodating. The area is quiet, and we never have any issues with neighbors. The dock space is nice, we are able to dock all 5 of our boats at one time. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We will definitely be back probably several times a year.

Lovely place to spend time with family. I loved that it’s pet-friendly. We all had a great time because your pets can easily adapt to the place. There are instructions to help with that. Christy was very communicative and kind at all times. Highly recommended.”

My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

Susanne was amazing. Went above and beyond to make my short stay amazing. Bath tub was super relaxing.

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

Vikki’s place was amazing from the very start. As you open the front door, you will realize you’ve arrived in paradise. The location is: clean, comfortable and convenient. Vikki is quick to respond to any questions and is very accommodating. The pool is amazing. The views are unmatched! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We can’t wait to come back.
