la zona es muy tranquila. cerca de la playa Vanderbilt. el apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso. hay obras en las inmediaciones pero no molestan para nada, la propiedad está bastante insonorizada. la comunicación con Pamela es bastante fluida por cualquier inconveniente que puedan surgir. hay Walmart y Publix muy cerca y restaurantes muy buenos

Brian es un host muy amable. Respondió siempre muy rápido a mis preguntas y me brindó soluciones. Nos dejó hacer un late check out. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme en su casa!

Nach einer kleinen Startschwierigkeit mit der Türe, hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Shane. Die Unterkunft sieht eigentlich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie ist stilvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigt. Alles war sauber. Ebenso war es toll, uns kostenfrei Stühle und Schirm für den Strand sowie Fahrräder und Kajaks usw. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auch Wäsche waschen und trocknen konnten wir - was bei unserer Rundreise wirklich nötig war. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Wir haben es genossen :-)

I stayed at apartment 4 at this property. It's also very private and I never felt like I was on display while being outside in the common area. It's gated and the gates are solid metal facing the road. It's perfectly set up to handle 1 guest or a small family. Everything was very immaculate, and clean. The pool was absolutely enjoyable every day of my trip, salt water floating is amazing! While I was there my air conditioner went out. It was 90 degrees outside and so the Hosts allowed me to change rooms. I ended up in room 1. This room was set up and just as clean as room 4. If I ever come back to the Cape I will for sure stay at this property. Be aware the ocean is 2.2 miles away. I rented an Ebike while I was there and drove back and forth to the Yahct Beach Club. There are bike lanes and only 1 major intersection to cross from this property to the beach. Grocery stores are close by and offer quick food in the deli, too. Stay here, greats Hosts, beautiful place, 10 out of 10!

Such a cozy and peaceful cottage. It was decorated cutely, fully furnished and with necessary items to feel at home. Beautiful pool with colored lights. Nice and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Publix and stores. Beach close by as well. Nice town. Had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Beautiful property. Everything was immaculate. All the linens and blankets were clean and fresh. The property was pet friendly and our senior girl GG had a great stay and especially enjoyed the dog beach that was very close to the house. The area itself was not what we expected, we were looking for more of a small town vibe. aot of the restaurants didn't open until 4pm and not many were dog friendly (unless a service dog) even for the patios. This was not a reflection of the Private Oasis, this property was everything we thought it would be. One of the best Airbnb we stayed in.

Amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could! Jonathan was so friendly and responsive to my questions and requests! He allowed us to check in even earlier than I requested. The place was so roomy and so well stocked. It had everything you could possibly need - plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, coffee, kitchen utensils, books, and games. The game room was such a fun place to hang out. Perfect if rain puts a damper on your beach day. There were helpful hints posted all around the house to make your stay easier. We felt so at home here and the name fits this place perfectly - Mi Casa Su Casa! Thank you for a great stay, we would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just a short drive from the beach and located on a quiet, safe street. Andrew was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was spotless and clearly well maintained. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and hot tub area, it truly felt like our own private resort oasis. We felt relaxed and right at home the entire time. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to multiple beaches so we could explore - Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and more. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hanging out in the outdoor area. My son even caught some catfish off the dock. The game room was perfect for evenings when we needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend and have already had requests from friends & family to share the listing!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and easy to get to. We were able to spend time enjoying the pool and outdoor seating. We also spent time inside relaxing by the electric fireplace. I like that each of the three couples on the trip were able to have their own space and bathrooms. Directions to check in and out were very clear. Not too far from grocery store Publix and plenty of shopping and dining options. Everyone in our group loved the house. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Teresa's home exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice, as it was bigger than shown. Additionally, it was extremely clean with a fresh scent when we arrived. The pool was great for 3 adults and 2 kids (aged 9 and 4) and had a fairly large shallow end. There were plenty of games and toys for the kids with one bedroom set up as a kid's room. There were plenty of supplies on hand, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher tabs, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper and laundry detergent & softener. A rarity in most other homes. The location is easily drivable to a variety of restaurants and shopping, with Miromar Factory Outlets about a 20 minute drive away. Finally, Teresa was an exceptional host and always responded within 1/2 an hour or less. When we had a small issue with the air conditioner and mentioned that we would be going out within 4 hours she said someone would be there before we left, but the pool maintenance company arrived within 1/2 an hour!

My family and I had an incredible time. The location was excellent, and the house is very spacious, clean, and beautiful with great amenities. Communication was excellent. We received prompt responses to our questions. We would definitely return, and I highly recommend the house.

If you are looking for a beach setting this is the place. Footsteps away from shore. Gorgeous sunsets and great beach walks in morning and afternoons with the low tide. Very Pricey but location worth it. Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with a loft and sitting area with a spectacular view. Abby was wonderful . Sun was blazing hot.

Gina was wonderful. She answered my questions before I even booked the place! That was wonderful. No guessing. I knew what I was getting. She was always responsive. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this unit to everyone.. So nice. So comfy. The bed was so nice. So quiet. Everything you look for in a rental. Thanks again

This place is wonderful and the price is 100% worth! Sally is a rare host in Airbnb because she really care about our experience. Everything was clear thought to make us feeling like we were in home.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

We had a great 3-night stay at Rose's place. The bed and furniture is comfy, and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Rose provides beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. The extra fans in the place were nice too (the AC works well, I just like extra fans). This is a 9th floor studio apartment in the third tower (of 5) from the beach in the Beach and Tennis Club. The screened-in balcony/patio does have a view of the water as well as the road and other buildings, it is a bit of a side-view (not full-on facing the ocean). It is about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot and a road to the public beach access. We were glad for the wagon provided! Doc's Beach House restaurant is right there and we ate there once (it was good). It was nice to find some cold waters in the fridge as well as some shampoo and body wash in the shower when we arrived. The lobby of the building is under construction from hurricane damage but no noise while we were there.
