A very quiet place. A good option to discover the city and have a relaxing time just in the downtown. Just in front Kursaal, International Film Cinema Festival and Victoria Eugenia’s Theatre. Located 20 min from the beach and at the foot of the mountain. 20 km from Biarritz, 10 km from Espelette, 5 km from the small train of the Rhune de Sare and in the middle of nature. New house with 3 bedrooms and a large very bright living room. Terrace, BBQ. No wifi. Beach and mountain nearby. CLEANING is NOT INCLUDED. 15 mins from Cambo les Bains, for curists.
