Holiday rentals with lake access in Essex County

We had such a great time on the water and enjoyed every minute, including the one storm that prohibited our going out on the water one evening. Sharon’s place was over the top gorgeous and it’s massive kitchen had most every appliance known to man. My wife and my sister could not stop marveling at the responsiveness and assistance of our host. She also prepared a delicious locally caught multi course seafood dinner with a “to die for”desert. The location was perfect: close, but semi remote enough to “get away”. Thank you again Sharon for a wonderful time. We will be back every chance we get.

This is our 2nd time being here and we were not disappointed! This house has a beautiful view. Pooja is a wonderful host. We were welcome with a basket of snacks. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. Pooja provided more than enough for our stay and we had everything we need. House is clean and beds are comfortable. My family had a great time fishing and kayaking. Thanks Pooja for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful vacation here. Although it rained during our stay, we found the treehouse to be a great place just for listening the rain drops and having some inner peace.

Enjoyed a three night stay with 5 others. Loved that each of us had our own bedroom. Plenty of space for relaxing and rejuvenating. And loved the SUPs and kayaks!

We had a wonderful week with our family! For the grandkids, the highlight was fishing and crabbing off the dock. For us, it was enjoying the sunsets over the river. The cottage was beautiful and well stocked. It was great to be centrally located between Warsaw and Kilmarnock. Thank you!

Great for a group/family weekend getaway. Erin and Aryn are very hospitable hosts and provided all the essentials. Everything in the kitchen and all the light switches are clearly labeled, making it easy to navigate.

This is our third time staying here. This place is amazing if you want to get away from it all. We saw bald eagles, herons, deer, ducks, beavers, geese and gosslings and so many other bird species. The sun rising over the water is beautiful. The moon reflecting off the pond is breathtaking. The screened in porch keeps any bugs away and is so peaceful looking over the water with the ceiling fans blowing on. Reading on the porch swing as the birds chirp in the background. Jump in the boat and go for a ride and enjoy the scenery, picnic on the island, or cast a line and catch a fish. The hosts are incredible. They have great suggestions of where to go and what to do if you want to go into town. This place is a little piece of heaven and no place we would rather be. Great house, atmosphere and hosts. Highly recommend this place.

Jessica's home is perfect. The house was spotless with wonderful white cotton linens. The house is open and airy and very comfortable with spectacular views of the river. We really enjoyed fishing off the pier. We prepared most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed right there. It is such a beautiful setting we didn't want to leave. We did venture out a few afternoons to shop in Kilmarnock and Warsaw. Both were an easy drive from the house. Jessica was an excellent host and contacted us upon arrival to be sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. This was our absolute favorite air bnb stay and we hope to return again soon.
