Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

The Stables, Langtoft, Stamford

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. This is a stylish, ground-floor flat only a few minutes walk from Stamford's historic town centre, with it's many wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and fabulous Georgian architecture. Barnack is a tranquil village 3 miles from the historic town of Stamford. There is a gastro pub in the village & other pubs / cafes to explore close by. The annex is completely private to the main cottage and is ideally situated for beautiful walks, or as a base if working in the area. I have a separate entrance to the main cottage, on-hand as required.

The Lavender Room is a beautiful, luxury, private ensuite bedroom in the heart of Stamford. There is private access and small courtyard outdoor seating area, in a well kept garden. On-street parking is available. Hosts are available to support, should you have any requests during your stay.
