Excellent location, 150 meters from the main avenue by paved road, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ukumari Park, 10 minutes from CC Unicentro. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away. A venue that's great for family gatherings. There's four bedrooms and each of them have at least a double bed (and either 2 single beds or bunk beds or a combination of a single bed and bunk beds). Daniel is the main point of contact on Airbnb and he provided us with the number of Leonardo that lives in a neighboring house and that you can reach out to if you need anything. It's spacious, there's a big garden, a peacock roaming around 🦚, a heated pool and a barbecue. Everything was great! Only thing to be mentioned is that you need to bring the basics if you want to make the most out of the kitchen (there's all the cooking utensils but you need to bring oil, butter, salt and pepper). Great place to stay especially for the price 😊

Its location is also a highlight: the apartment is in a quiet area, very close to local shops and restaurants, which makes it easy to enjoy the region's cuisine and culture without complications. Our 10/10 hosts, providing clear communication from the first contact and making sure everything was perfect during our stay.

Excellent house. 100% Recommended. The stay was perfect and complies with everything the description and photos indicates. Lorena was always vigilant from before arrival and during the stay we were able to consult her about places to eat and concerns and she was responding quickly and very diligently Check in was easy and we found the house very clean and comfortable. Perfect for spending a pleasant break. Also nearby there are shops and restaurants that make it easy for you to buy food, drinks or medicine. I thank Lorena for having such a nice and well-maintained space. We would come back and will be the first choice for a next visit to Pereira.

The truth is that the place is much better than in the photo, it is huge, it is beautiful, it is clean, it has many green areas. Honestly, a spectacular place to go as a family. I would go again many more times. It's really worth being in this place. It's an unforgettable experience.
