Great place to stay, very quiet considering it’s on a main road. The location is perfect as it’s in the centre of everything. Cameron was great to organise an early check in. Overall great for 3 couples to stay for a week. We would stay here again.

Location is amazing!! Vicki was away on holiday but we had communication with Michelle & her husband and they were very helpful, welcoming and friendly! our dogs definitely loved the area it was so big a spacious! Would definitely recommend this place to stay views amazing, the walk around the area is beautiful

We had a great time in this property. Accessible and near town, IGA, restaurants. Also so near the great beaches of Esperance. Heather was a gracious and very responsive host, even gave us recommendations. Kitchen is well equipped, great to have blanket warmers in the bedroom which kept us warm during our stay. A home away from home.

We had a relaxing holiday in Gum Tree house. There was a tennis court which amused the children and the play room gave entertainment for everyone. The beaches were lovely and within an easy drive away.

We recently stayed at this property for 2 nights. We were very happy with the set up of the house, spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the of things we needed for our stay. Our host was responsive and friendly, thanks Paul! Just a shame we couldn't stay longer to make use of the absolutely huge covered outdoor space and the large grassy backyard! We appreciated being able to put our trailer behind the gate overnight to keep it off the street. So much parking at this house, would be great for small groups traveling together (fishing trips, family, etc), for people bringing boats etc etc. This home is definitely staying on our list for future trips. Would recommend.

Gillian was always available for communication from the moment we booked. The house and views were amazing and our three night stay at this home was the best we had on our four week holiday in WA. Gillian left milk, eggs and other supplies for our arrival which was appreciated. The front deck is perfect for a wine in the afternoon whilst watching all the surfboard riders up and down the beach. There is so much to see and do in Esperance and this was the perfect location to explore. Hopefully one day we will return. Thank you.

It was so minimalistic, but at the same time felt so luxury. Everything was complete. It was like you maximised the comfort for the available space. You even provided spike ball and the front yard was more than big enough to play on. The bathrooms were so nice and clean. The gates made us feel completely safe and secure. I’m surprised I paid less than $1k for a 3 night stay there. Definitely worth more.

A beautiful house in a peaceful and secure location. Walking distance to a lovely dog beach. House was clean, warm and pet friendly. The host was easy to communicate with. A wonderful holiday rental and destination.

A great place to stay, everything you needed, property spotless, with a great undercover outdoor area, our dog just loved the back yard. Would recommend this place. So comfortable, just felt like home. Sally & Gary were fantastic with their communication.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and the privacy. Everything looked so new and tastefully decorated. It certainly felt like home away from home and we had a restful 3 nights. Tina and Winton are such great hosts! The accommodation was very clean and very homey. We have everything we need from the kitchen and even washing machine and dryer! Our stay at Esperance was amazing not only because of the places we went to see and visit but because of this accommodation. My dog also had a great time walking and running around the property! What a gem. The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The shower was absolutely fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. Jennys thoughtfulness in providing a lot of pantry staples was also very helpful. It meant a lot to be able to have our dogs inside with us.
