The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Lacabane Retreat - Tree Top Upstairs Apartment

Lacabane Retreat (Apartment) is close to the town and beaches. We are on 5 acres and very private. You’ll love Lacabane Retreat because it is very quiet and tranquil. You have access to a tennis court, cricket net or just read a book by the lake. There is also a library, dvd's and a table tennis table for you to use. Lacabane Retreat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with young kids), and furry friends (pets).

The Cosy Corner

The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

If WiFi is an important aspect of your visit, we've resolved our WiFi issues by returning to our previous provider. Come stay at our charming 13 acre country setting. Conveniently located 12.8km from the centre of town and 5kms to first of many exquisite beachs. Enjoy ample parking for all your vehicles, boats, campers, etc. We look forward to sharing our star lit nights and lazy beach days with you.
