Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Espaillat Province

The house is very beautiful and spacious, everything was spotless, clean, organized and too welcoming. We felt super comfortable from the first moment, Mabel explained all the details to make us feel better, in addition to receiving us with toasts (Oseaa, the end), the decor is better than in the photos, the view is beautiful, the comfortable beds and clean sheets, the pool is large and clean, ideal for rest and/or enjoy to the maximum, we definitely love everything. 100% RECOMMENDED. Lenin and Mabel are a sun, wow super attentive, they wrote daily to see if we needed something and/or we are well, also Dany, the gentleman who takes care of the house, always attentive, collaborating and very kind. We would come back without hesitation!

Excellent place warm, comfortable, immaculate, beautiful, close to many beaches and attractions. Easy access on the same avenue, you can go in any type of vehicle. Carlos responds quickly and is super friendly and Yairis is the most attentive and friendly person I've ever met, we felt right at home. Wonderful stay we are already planning to return.

Perfect for disconnecting with the world

Thank You so very MUCH, Lenaa, for such a wonderful place to stay right on the beach! Having our own private beach house was a tropical dream. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up to gorgeous sunrises, the solitud of our daily beach walks, and, of course, the breathtaking sunsets. We even got a full moon rising over the ocean waves. Also, we appreciated sleeping comfortably in air conditioning to the lull of the ocean swell rolling in. Then spending our time lounging with a relaxing view of the waves and turquoise blue waters was most therapeutic. Your house is beautiful, modern and new which made it even more special. Thank you again and looking forward to coming back in the future.

I had a very peaceful experience in this home. It had great views with the beach right down the street. We were also able to use the ATV to drive around the neighborhood and to the beach. The home itself was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a grill. Will definitely come back here. The host Yamika was very helpful and communicated all ours needs.

The team on site is excellent, friendly, warm and extremely competent, always ready to help and make proactive suggestions on excursions and explorations in harmony with the surrounding and nature! Carefully, nutricious and extremely tasty home-made food is freshly prepared on site with a cheerful service in an absolutely stunning spot in fron of the ocean!

Great little tiny home, away from the noise and commotion, and next to a beautiful and tranquil river. Home is super clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything you need, including a strong fan, quality AC. And I appreciated the added touch of the handy electric fly swatter, since I like leaving the windows open (though there was surprisingly very few bugs considering how deep in the woods you are). Just 10-15 drive to cabarete where a lot of restaurants and action is. But there's also a good restaurant just a short walk away. I had a good fresh fish meal there for cheap. By the river next to the home, there is a hammock and little bench to sit on. I spent a lot of time there working out, meditating and enjoying the water go by. There's also an inner tube and paddle board there, but didn't take the opportunity to use it since i was just there for two nights and had work to do. But definitely coming back and getting into the river next time!

Beautiful. Peaceful. Safe. The property is incredible, it has access to the water. The internet worked flawlessly. Would stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

We absolutely loved it. The river was beautiful, almost magical. Very peaceful and the host was very helpful and nice. There was a colmado right next door which was very convenient. We would love to return and recommend it to anyone who loves nature and getting away to decompress. The perfect place.
