We all liked the apartment very much, even the parking spaces in front of the house made the arrival very easy. There was nothing to complain about in the apartment, everything necessary was available and the contact was also very friendly and helpful. We found the apartment in a very clean condition and hope to have left it the same way. Leisure activities for young and old were just a few minutes' walk away. Carmen and Fabian have taken very good care of their apartment in detail (such as that there are different herbs present to cook with/ a welcome text is written on the room with instructions). Everything has been thought of and the whole accommodation is sparkling clean. The bathroom is great, large with a luxurious shower. Carmen and Fabian are very friendly and quick in communication. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The stay at Jakob's was perfect for us, the decor very cozy and clean, also the location. This apartment can definitely be recommended and we will be happy to come back.

I really enjoyed staying in the small apartment. I was looking for peace and quiet and a break and found it there. It was super cozy and everything you needed was there. The family was always easy to reach and very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, there are many shopping opportunities and you can also get to Esslingen, Göppingen or Stuttgart quickly by train. Everything is great and thank you very much.

Beautiful high-end accommodation, very pleasant and warm but also functional and comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood, the neighborhood is friendly. Close to amenity. We had a great time.

We felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

The town of Lorch is not soooo the blast. However, the place is absolutely great and recommended. Stylishly designed with a lot of love for detail. In the middle of the city on the market square. Top recommendation if an overnight stay in Lorch becomes mandatory.

Modern, comfortable well equipped apartment in town. Shop and restaurants close walking distance. At the same time a walk in the fields and forest is only a few minutes away. Great to have a washing machine and various other useful appliances available.

Helmut and Sabine are Great hosts that thought of everything. The Apartment is very well laid out with everything that you need and more. Their place is nice and quiet and the bed is super comfortable.

Very nice place, bit of everything. I spent my first week just visiting little towns within a 50 km radius. Ate like a pig, drank like a fish. PS .. you do of course need a car but parking is available right outside.

The accommodation is clean, quiet and it matches the description. Even though I didn't see the host, communication went smoothly and check-in was flexible.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and whirlpool worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there, you can look over it and clean it. But all in all it was very nice and we will come back.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Our stay was really great. The accommodation was perfect for escaping everyday life. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was always available and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.
