Apartment holiday rentals in Erskineville

Simply amazing, looks even better than the photos. Spacious and light-filled as described. I stayed for a month. Luis was very welcoming that he allowed early check-in at 10am and showed me around the apartment. Luis and Mark were very responsive and catered our needs to perfection. Almost everything we needed were provided in the apartment, with the extras purchasable within walking distance. Comfy bed & linens, high quality body wash and lotion, adequate towels and toilet paper, and much more. Newtown is a cute and peaceful neighbourhood. Train station is 5 mins walk away from the Airbnb. You may hear trains running at night but the noise is tolerable and had never affected our sleep. A cockroach was spotted in the apartment during the stay (likely just a coincidence as the apartment is very clean in general), Luis promptly responded and brought us cockroach baits. Our trip to Sydney would not be as great without this apartment. Looking forward to stay here again when we revisit

This is a spectacular place to stay, and the host was wonderful. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy during my 4 month stay. The apartment is close to transportation, the University of Sydney, all types of restaurants, and a hospital. There was nothing I could not get to easily and safely. I would stay here again, and I think anyone would be very happy with this accommodation. I highly recommend it.

The size of the apartment was good and had fantastic links to public transport within a short walk!

This was a great spot to discover the vibrant neighborhood of Newtown and move easily around Sydney with Newtown station and many buses right around the corner, and the balconies enable you to take it easy in the morning or in the evening and enjoy the sound of birds in a nice setup!

Frank’s place is a very well designed studio apartment. There’s good storage for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa is comfortable as is the bed. There’s a washer/dryer, iron and soap powder etc which means not having to schlepp to a supermarket. Frank was very helpful explaining how to check in. There’s buses at the doorstep and two stations within easy walking distance. You can’t hear the traffic from busy King St but the area is on the airport flight path. I’m a very light sleeper and wasn’t fussed by this at all. Noting a curfew is in place between 11pm and 6am. There’s also a small balcony and seating out there. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Sydney, look no further! Not only Ivy & Marty are the kindest, nicest people, the apartment was impeccable, could have not expect better. Easy walk to CBD via Wooloomooloo, the most wonderful Art gallery NSW then the botanic garden... truly a Gem! Will book again and again.... Great place to stay while in Sydney for work (or leisure). Location in Newtown is fantastic with easy access to top quality bars and restaurants and easy access to the city. Apartment is well fitted out and spacious and big balcony is plus.

I am a total fan of this apartment. It is so beautiful, comfortable and providing everything you could possibly need. With the owner on call for even the slightest query, our holiday was perfect. The corner position provided dazzling views, both day and night, and for the keen cook, the kitchen was equipped with every implement imaginable. A lovely neighbourhood too with frequent bus services and a plethora of cafes nearby as well as a weekly organic market. I shall be returning!

So many great things to say about our stay at John’s place. Check in was easy, his communications were outstanding and very welcoming. John truly cares about creating a first class experience. The place is in great condition with excellent floor coverings, comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a stay. The complex is very secure and top quality. Property is located on several bus lines making access to Sydney very convenient. Great local restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Beautiful terrace with a nice view of downtown. We will definitely look to stay with John again if we are back in Sydney. Thanks for providing a great space for our family vacation John!

The Airbnb was in a perfect location so close to everything we needed, the hosts were very friendly and clear with all instructions and the apartment was absolutely stunning! For my first ever Airbnb I would definitely come back again

A spacious one bedroom apartment that encourages relaxation and has excellent cooking amenities. Annandale village is lovely and close by. There is a pleasant walking track that takes you down to the water in about 15 minutes.

We had a very comfortable stay at Eddies, his place is in a great location, we had everything we needed and communication was good.

Interesting part of Sydney with plenty of great shops for food and browsing. Great location for public transport

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

Rita was an excellent host! Offered lots of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The place was nicely decorated and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. It had everything you would need (chargers, slippers, q-tips, etc.) The location was perfect. Walking distance to most things or the train station was less than 5 minute walk. I would totally stay here again, it felt like home away from home. Felt very safe.
