We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

Evelyn was a great host. Gave us incredible local recommendations. The accommodation itself was nice and cozy with a beautiful view over looking the water.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. Thank you Marty & Lindsay for a glorious weekend and warm hospitality. After a few rainy days, it was so lovely to spend the weekend with blue skies overlooking the beach. The Beautiful furnishings matched the coastal feel. Clean tidy. Quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The Little extras made it special, like speakers we could connect to. An easy TV to use with streaming services. Lovely deck to see the beach. Beautifully styled bedrooms and living areas. Candles throughout that created a warm ambience, as well as long cozy fire. Waking up each morning, able to have a choice of tea, hot chocolate or coffee (pod coffee machine). We didn’t need to leave. Yummy pizza was delivered within 20 mins. Would definitely come back 🩷🩷🩷

Great weekend getaway! A great spot to spend a weekend out of Sydney, amongst the treetops. Lots of lovely little homely quirks. Great kitchen. Lovely balcony. Easy drive to Avoca or Copacabana beaches. Lovely to be able to bring our dog.

Great stay! The place was spacious, had everything needed, and was exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was good too—close enough to the shops etc (a short drive) but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Jake's house is amazing. We loved our stay at Jake's place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely house in a lovely location. The pool and outside area are a wonderful addition as is the open living space that is great for a big family or a group of friends. Our group was so happy with the house and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend Jake and his property.

Beautiful house, lovely views of the water and river. Interior was coastal and homey- felt like I could have lived there but still had a clean and clutter free space. Would stay again for sure!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Shirleys. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We made good use of the spa and enjoyed listening to the birds. The location was central for getting around to the local areas and restaurants. Shirley was an excellent host who recommended great things to do in the local area and was quick to respond to any question. Thank you Shirley :)

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to the shops but also super close to the beach. Apartment was really well out and beautifully decorated. It was really comfortable and clean.

I can't express just how beautiful this home was! The photographs online match exactly what you are greeted with on arrival and the views are absolutely stunning. Ryan and Louisa were the perfect hosts and were easily accessible when i had any enquiries. I highly recommend this Air BnB as you will not be disappointed! I am already looking to re-book as soon as i get the opportunity. 10/10 stars!

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

We had a great weekend away at the Ahara House! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, and the home was ideal for our large group. The heated pool, sauna, and fire pit were perfect for the winter season and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the host was excellent — great communication and helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

They were so responsive and accommodating! The house was even nicer than on the pictures and we had a lovely stay. Nothing could have been better and we cannot recommend this house and hosts more.
