Great stay and host was very friendly

Stonewell Farm is an absolutely beautiful spit. The grounds were beautiful and the home was beautifully decorated in a tasteful not cluttered way. The beds, linens and towels were lovely. The only drawback was the bbq. It wasn’t clean and it was very slow for cooking. It just didn’t get very hot. I would not hesitate to book Stonewell Farm again.

I had a wonderful stay at this private basement suite. The space was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and having a separate entrance added a nice touch of privacy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out easy and stress-free. I appreciated the little touches like complimentary toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was convenient and safe, with stores and transit nearby. It felt like a perfect home base for my trip. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and private stay!

We were displaced by a fire and lucky to find this spot to call home until we found our forever home. Trudy and Ray were both friendly and supportive. Big backyard was nice for our little guy to play in, safe and quiet spot as well. Thank you for having us!

We booked this place for three months as our home was being renovated, it felt just like home!! It was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Shinthu was always responsive when we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend their home for long term or short term stay.

Lovely stay - beautifully appointed spot. Great communication about getting in and checking out. Walkable to terrific brewery / brewpub and minutes (less than 5 min driving) from downtown restaurants. Hope to stay there again!

Very nice and clean. Shower water presser was great. Had little things like coffee and sugar Overall wonderful, would recommend The floors were a bit cold so bring slippers or socks, bath towels were a little small, and double bed was a bit squeaky

This is our 2nd stay with Mary and Mike and we have a third stay booked for next month. They are right at the top of best BnB's in Guelph. The location could not be better and our hosts could not be more accommodating. It's a shared house but we never heard them above us. The space does not feel like a basement with its high ceilings and bright decor. Instead it feels like home, complete with treats and snacks and a generous variety of teas and coffee waiting for us. They've thought of every possible detail. The charming tree-lined street is quite narrow so the ability to park in Mary's driveway was appreciated. We returned to the suite late every night and our path was always well-lit with a succession of sensor lights including one at the door so you can see to enter the key code. Fantastic would be an understatement! We loved it!

I'd like to say that Nancy's place was exactly as pictured, but the pictures did not convey how roomy the space is! Everything you need is there, including some board games to pass the time. Anyone who provides board games for their guests is a kindred spirit of ours. We are so happy to have found this gem and hope that we can return someday. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this establishment. It is well-equipped to meet various needs. For instance, when I requested an iron, it was promptly delivered to my location. The facility is clean and provides ample supplies for cooking. Additionally, all items were neatly folded, and there is a significant amount of space available.

Absolutely beautiful! My favourite part was the enclosed porch with the river view, so peaceful. Erin communicated very well through the check-in process and the added details of local attractions and restaurants was very appreciated. To top it off the place was spotless and still felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard pool was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a small get-together with friends for the UFC event. Everything was just as described, and our kids enjoyed every minute in the pool. We also brought a few lawn games which made it even more fun for everyone. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth — even while they were welcoming their own child into the world on the same day we checked in! That level of care and hospitality truly stood out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! The interiors were beautifully done, and the balcony area was a perfect spot to relax. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We arrived about an hour before the check-in time, and Nicole kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. She was a great host—responsive and thoughtful. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kitchener!

Amazing stay, they had everything you could possibly need. Really clean and the host is really responsive and is open to help. Just fyi the address displayed on air bnb is wrong, it is in the same area though.

I appreciated having a few things in the kitchen that I could use on the first night until I got to the grocery store. Central Fresh Market is a walking distance from the condo for individuals that enjoy some home cooking while on vacation. The pool and bowling area was a great hit for those rainy days. Faran was an excellent host who was very quick to respond. The place was well organized and clean. No issues and would recommend the stay.

We must say that David's place was a steal. Yes, it is a studio but the way it's decorated and every detail is so thoughtfully crafted such as the sizing of the couch, to the little extra things that people may forget for toiletries. We were so happy that we picked this spot for overnight stay before some hospital appointments. The bed is so comfortable. It's not a huge space which makes it easier to keep in order with closets big enough that they will hold all your things - just remember to bring extra clothes hangers. The enclosed balcony is a nice touch as well, and it's clear David's cleaner do pay attention to the little details. We hope to be back one day and that we will be welcomed! It's a quiet building with respectful people and is fairly quiet until the GO starts running which is to be expected.
