Beachfront holiday rentals in Erie

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to many wineries. Visited Ellicottville for the day. Walked both beaches. Deb was always in communication. So thankful for the kuerig!!

Clean and renovated cottage right on the beach. Firewood provided for fire pit, large deck and just a few steps down to the beach which is shallow and great for wading. Water is a bit fresh in early June, but perfect in the heat. Marsh trail is wonderful. Lorry and her husband were very communicative and sent good reminders to bring bedding etc in the lead up to our stay. They were also very responsive and helped us promptly with a near midnight septic issue the first night. Had a great time overall. Thank you for hosting us!

I can’t stay enough about this rental. We stayed here Thursday through Sunday and the weather wasn’t great but we had a great time just staying in and spending time together. And again the views were beautiful. Would love to stay with Monica again and we definitely recommend it. Looking forward to staying there again! thank you Monica! Angie's place was a last minute booking after a host on another site cancelled our original booking the morning of our check-in and we were very grateful to find Angie's place. Angie was accommodating and responsive, the property was clean, instructions for every aspect of the property were clear and available in a binder for reference when we got there, and overall we had a great time. Angie also proactively reached out to offer a later check-out time which we very much appreciated as it gave us more time to enjoy the area and have a calmer check-out. The cost for Angie's place was higher than our original booking but that was an understood consequence of booking last minute. We would very much recommend Angie's place and hope to stay there again in the future!

My wife and I completely enjoyed our fall weekend stay! Lisa is an exception host! The Bonnie Brae is such a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We already booked our stay for next fall! Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful place!

This was a fabulous choice for a weekend wine getaway with girlfriends! The description of the place was spot on! I have been coming to the area for 15 years and always wanted to stay at this place because it looks so unique from the outside. It did not disappoint, and the hostess was spectacular in term of communication. We will be back!

Honestly, the pictures don’t even do this place justice…it was a remarkably beautiful home with an amazing scenic river view. The lower level was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed - and more. If you’re visiting the area, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The place was located a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants there. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The space is as described. We had some issues with the WiFi where it would only work on the TV and was not strong enough to pick up on our phones but we were mostly out anyways so we barely noticed.

All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

Shells On The Beach was first rate in all phases. The view of the Lake was simply wonderful. Near to the wine country and wonderful restaurants and the wonderfully quirky Strip of GOTL. We were floored with the modern appeal, spaciousness of the rooms and complete amenities. Will definitely be back.

this place was beautiful exactly as pictured. lots of room and right on the water. the view was amazing. Scott was very responsive. we had an issue with the microwave and he came right over. highly recommend

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding property with excellent view of the Lake. Everything clean and easy to find inside. Scott gave very clear instructions for entry and was very gracious with offers of assistance. Would most definitely stay again in the future.

The perfect little lake side getaway! Cute location, nice decor, beautiful views, very clean, and amazing hosts. If you’re looking for a weekend trip or a vacation on Edinboro lake this is the spot! A hidden gem.

My stay at the Long Point Cottage was great. It’s an amazing cottage for a group weekend. There’s enough beds for everyone which is nice. The location is right on a channel that’s good for fishing and having a fire pit right next to it which is really nice, too. The house AC worked well and the whole house was cool. The hosts were also very professional and courteous with any questions I had. I would come back again!

We stayed over the thanksgiving weekend with friends. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen to prepare our meals and spent time indoors due to rain playing games and watching movies. We enjoyed being outdoors walking on the beach and sitting on the deck. It’s a very relaxing and beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time, the view was to die for and the cottage felt super homey. We will definitely be back in the very near future. Loved it 😁

The cabin was cute and closely located to the wineries we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the small touches included that we saw in other reviews such as the bacon, eggs, and OJ in the refrigerator. There were also disposable toothbrushes, shaving kit, and mini toiletries in case you forgot to bring something. The host and property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had.

An amazing place, beautiful spot on the water with a great kitchen and amenities. We had a relaxing getaway and it felt like home away from home.
